insurance company. On Thursday 6-25-15, we received a call from [redacted], (a represenative of [redacted]) stating threats to Mrs[redacted]. There were no threats. Our office had not received any communication from Mrs. [redacted] via phone, email, fax, or mail stating she did not want us doing her work. Our contract clearly states, if we get your work approved by the insurance company, that we get to do it, or there is a 10% cancelation fee.(which we did not receive) "[redacted]" called us Thursday 6-25-15 as a "representative" of Mrs. [redacted], under false pretenses. He offered to pay $500.00 to get her out of her contract. His involvement has created a problem where there was not. Had he followed normal(respectful) business practices, this would not be an issue. His behavior is extemley suspect. We consider this harassment.We have sent this information to our attorney([redacted]) for review.[redacted]Reeves Construction864-[redacted]
Due to the extent of the damage caused by the tornado, our priority was to stop any further damage by tarping the area. Ay the homeowner request, we tried to get the insurance company to replace the entire roof. That sometimes takes time. In the meantime, we did do the siding...
repairs, which we have not been paid. When the final answer from the insurance company was to do the repair only, we put it on the schedule. We had several weather delays as well as trying to match the closest possible shingle. There were a lot of people affected by that storm and making sure walls did not fall down and keeping homes weather tight that were in much worse shape.
