I am rejecting this response because: It is unfair, unreasonable and just not good business practiceI have worked with countless contracts, and have never run across a manager that was not willing to work with the customer to come to an outcome that is acceptable to customer and businessI am not trying to swindle the Comfort Inn, just cannot believe they are not willing to resolve this $issue A 60-day notice is more than acceptable, especially due to circumstances beyond my control --son's wedding has been canceled The manger states the money has already been charged Those room reservations can be cancelled and rented for more money than I have paid Has he even offered me: a check, credit, and change of schedule? Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/03/06) */ On 2/26/the guest from room came to the front desk to check outWhen she approached the counter, she tossed her receipt at me in a very aggressive manner, and demanded a refundI asked what the issues were, and she stated that there were bugs in her roomI asked her had she reported this to the front desk when she checked in, and she stated "no"As this was a very busy time as the guests are all checking out, I explained to her that I would have the maintenance staff inspect the room, and then check our pest control log sheet to verify if she had a valid claimAfter about ten minutes of her and her young daughter shouting obscenities at me and leaning over the counter, again in a very aggressive and threatening manner, I asked them to leave the property, and that I would contact them once I had checked on her claimsShe repeatedly refused so, I told her I was going to call the police to have her removed from the propertyAfter I went back into my office to call, they leftI would also like to add that there were three of my staff members in very close proximity who witnessed this She then called the following day behaving in the same manner over the telephoneI told her that I had contacted our corporate offices and documented the events from the previous dayI was subjected again to her screaming vulgar language at me, when I then told her that I had a guest and would have to put her on holdShe then hung up the phone Upon an extensive inspection of the room, including the removal of all receptacle covers, the maintenance staff found no evidence of any pests in this room Had this guest not initially approached me in such an aggressive and hostile manner, this situation could have been resolvedEven though there was no truth to her claims, I would most likely have given her some type of compensation back in order to make her happyHowever, I felt it was In the best interest of the safety of my guests, as well as myself, I chose to ask her to leave

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I'm not going to continue this absurd conversation As stated countless times the Supreme Court ruled that police cannot force hotel and motel owners to release registry information without first taking the matter in front of a judge and having A warrant issued You can view this ruling here https://www.google.com/ [redacted] / I did not run Once I was informed by the staff that the police would be harassing me when I returned because they had given out my room information I chose to not return The hotel had no right to give out my information as stated in the article By your staff giving out my information my rights were violated and the contract I had with the hotel where I would receive a peaceful and quite night rest was violatedSince the hotel failed to fulfill their obligation in our contract I am entitled to a refund for monies paid Either refund my payment or this matter will be public information and every potential guest will see that they are not safe in your hotel You will also be hearing from my attorney who is ready to sue your hotel for the damages I incurred I will not respond again Sincerely, [redacted]

This claim has been settled but NOT by Comfort Inn & Suites*** refunded my money. The assistant manager was the problem & was very unco-operative*** made the mistake on the name on the reservation & I was a district manager for over years & the customer should have been credited by the motel & the motel should have been the one to file the claim with ***. Good help is hard to find

I am rejecting this response because:
These people who accused me as a thief, they are the thief themselves and their shop and business needs to be closed for goods. They are the one who lie to me about the drone and what they said was not true and they want to sell the drone with bunch of lies. I am sure I am not the only one who cut with this kind of cheating.
Once, I bought the drone with in hours I took the drone back and ask them for refund and they told me they do not accept return. I told them what they told me about the drone was not correct and they should take the drone back, but they refused. Since I bought this with credit card, I did called me credit card and I told them about the purchase that I made. They told me since I am not satisfied with the product, they are not going to charge me. This has nothing to do with the theft. This is the credit card policy which they do insure everything that you buy using their credit card. I did explain to the credit card company and they did agree with me. I do have the drone and I have not used it at all, because it was junk and I do not have any use for it and they can have it. These people should be honest to the customer and not lie to them about their product

The response from the merchant is far from the actual factsIt is true that AAA/Booking.com made the reservation, but it was the on site hotel staff that lied to them and me
Their records should show that this hotel charged our credit card seven times in an attempt to steal from usWe put a merchant block on my personal card and started a formal investigation
The staff here assumes that all their visitors are there for a one time event and then gone out of state after vacationThey made a big mistake in my caseI live a short drive from them and I have since been back in their hotel for two nights each on two different dates since the first attempted thefts
My friends purchased the rooms in their names, so the staff had no idea I was someone they had already tried to steal from and that we were collecting evidence
The health conditions in the rooms, the water supply and the food handling here alone are reasons enough to have their licenses permanently revoked
We used GoPro cameras left in our rooms to secure our property and documented the staff in our absenceThe same cams are part of the alarm system on the vehicles we left in the parking lot while they thought we were in the parkThese people are very predictable

The local authorities from the health department and building inspections also use these first hand reports to find violators in their jurisdictions and the inspectors who are not doing their jobs for whatever rea$on
