Staci quickly responded to my questions and was able to schedule a technician within days of my call. Cole took care of the gas vent cap quickly and efficiently. Comfort Now has installed my heater/air conditioner unit as well as hot water heater. They are the best of the best!

Staff is super friendly and they are also extremely helpful. Quick and timely response time. Professional both in the sales and Installation sides of things. very knowable on there services and products. Would highly recommend if in need of HVAC services. Didn’t try to over sell me on things I didn’t need or want! Also prices were spot on!

I purchased a new Carrier 2.5 ton AC condenser for my shore rental property from Casey at Comfort Now by Bob McAllister. Dominic installed it 2 days ago. Everything went smoothly. Casey came out and inspected my system and provided me with a couple options to choose from. After I made my selection, Casey took care of all the details. Dominic was very professional and explained details to me and made the installation with no problems. I have 3 rental properties at the shore and Casey and Bob McAllister at Comfort Now have always been my go to guys for all my HVAC needs and questions. They are great to work with!

Very professional company and staff. Bob selects quality individuals. When I needed a new furnace, ComfortNow was the first and only contractor I thought of to do the job right. Chad was quick to make contact and met me at my convenience. We discussed several options. It made sense to me to replace my 12 year-old AC at the same time.
Dom and Joe W. were my install team. These two worked great together. Knew what had to be done and anticipated each others steps. Completely covered all flooring and were very careful with my property. Worked tirelessly to get the entire system done on-time (one day). They made sure that everything was done right the first time. Completely cleaned up the work area and the old units were carted away immediately.
Chad was quick to follow-up to make sure I was happy. He always answered any questions.

Showed up on time, answered our questions, explained pricing carefully, offered alternatives, etc. Casey, the salesperson was excellent. The installation team was also very good. Neat as a pin, explained everything, etc. They even came back to show us how to use the wifi thermostats. I would recommend them.
