Dominic did a great job, was polite, thoroughly answered my questions, and gave us the gift of cool air!

The tech was courteous and explained what he was doing to check the A/C system to make sure it was working properly. He even made friends with our dogs.

I've been an AC&R mechanic for 40 years in the military but I decided it's too much for me to maintain my home system. I signed up with Comfort Now a year ago. Greg P. came and continued to provide the excellent service I've received. Truth be told, I did look over his shoulder out of professional interest (after I asked him if he minded) and asked him more than a few questions just to get a feel for his work ethic. I soon realized he had as high a standard as I do about quality and attention to detail. I was much more at ease after it became obvious he knows ACs and does not do anything half-way. If I need repairs more than the annual tune-up, I will now know that my system will get professional and highest-quality attention.

A couple of weeks ago, my mother’s AC system was checked and unfortunately there were leaks, so we decided a new system was best. Before the new one could be installed, her AC gave out completely. Your company responded immediately, added more coolant and set up a date for the new installation. The work was completed, we are very happy, my mother’s house is cool and the extra coolant was provided free of charge. Thank you for your good service.

We worked with Casey in spec'ing out our system. He was very knowledgable and open to discussing different approaches. I had four different contractors provide different proposed solutions. Only Comfort Now mentioned the NJ Energy Rebate which represents a great value in addition to the environmental benefits. The team that installed our system was professional and courteous. Response after my call was within a day. The Tech was on time and very efficient in his assessment of the issue. It was quickly addressed and resolved. My unit is now operating to the original spec. I am very pleased the service.

Comfort Now provided us with excellent timeliness, professionalism and service on the recent installation of our two new AC units. Both units broke over Memorial Day weekend. We called Comfort Now on Monday and by Tuesday they were able to inspect our units and order replacement systems. They installed the new systems on Wednesday. The service technicians were very professional, neat and clean. The office staff was also great to deal with. We will highly recommend this company to our friends and family.

Very easy group to work with. They were knowledgeable, friendly, reliable, professional, and meticulous in the work that they completed. The crew cleaned up during the job as well as after. Everyone explained what they were going to do and the time frame that was involved. This was a completely brand new installation for us and we really did not know what to expect. Casey McAllister came to my home to access a problem I was having with my 15 year old heating system. Casey was down to earth, friendly and very knowledgeable and was able to clearly answer my questions.
I decided to get a new heating and air system instead of sinking more money into the old one because The incentives and rebates from the state and the differences between the efficiency of the old unit compared to a new one was a no brainer.
It seems like everybody at Comfort Now is Super.
When the installers, Dominic and Damien came with the new unit they where very respectful and friendly. I asked a lot of questions during the installation and both guys had no problem explaining what they where doing and the improvements being made.
Great guys was a pleasure having them here.
