Doesn’t look very comfy
What the actual f[censored] is this. I would break my a[censored] bone if I flopped into this like the people in your ad. Thought I would read some reviews when this thing turned up in the mail two months after purchase. Other people haven’t received anything and haven't had their money refunded.

I purchased bags on July 15thI have not received my itemsHow do I get my dollars refunded?

I like the other reviewers made separate transactions, ultimately purchasing Comfy Bags Prior to my purchase, I reviewed their [redacted] page and Frequently Asked Questions, noting they state it will take 2-weeks to receive your order After a couple of weeks I called and emailed Comfy Bags All I received was a blanket email not addressing my specific question as to when I would receive my bags insofar as they were purchased for a vacation that has since come & gone After make several calls and sending emails to no avail, I cancelled my orders and requested a full refund Mind you, they already processed my payments from my bank account and I still hadn't received the bags I wrote at least very specific email cancelling my orders and requesting a full refund To this date there has been absolutely no response Prior to vacation, I reported to the Revdex.com, the FTC and my bank When I returned from vacation I had a box from Comfy Bags, but have since returned via USPS

In July I ordered a Comfy Bag after seeing a [redacted] ad Shipping was to take 2-weeksWhen it didn't arrive I started trying to cancel the orderI called the customer service number; was told someone would call backNothingI sent [redacted] message and emailNo responseFinally in August I got someone live in "customer service" and was told the order shippedI refused the order when it arrived; USPS tracking shows it was picked up in CA on Septbut the $hasn't been credited to our card This week I again called "customer service" and was told the server was down; call back in hrs Today I called and got a person I could barely understandShe "looked up my order" and returned with someone else's name and products I couldn't understand When I clarified name and Comfy Bag I was told there was a problem with the server and someone would call me back I went back to their [redacted] page and now see that there are all kinds of complaints against the company and a link to Revdex.com

I ordered a product online from this company on July and they charged my credit card for the product on July By Sept16, I still didn't have the product despite numerous calls, emails to their help email address and inquiries through their Facebook pageOn Sept16, I called the help number and it was disconnectedI contacted my credit card company who had a different number and arranged a three-way call between the credit card company, me and the Comfy Bag companyThe Comfy Bag person insisted the product was mailed via Fed Ex on August and would arrive soonI didn't believe his claim and asked for a refundThe *** person had to step in on the call because the Comfy Bag guy really didn't want to refund my moneyAfter we hung up, ten minutes later the Comfy Bag person called again to say a paper check refund would be coming to me in 10-business daysI guess that remains to be seenIf I do not receive the paper check, I'll call *** again

I placed an order with Comfy Bags on July 20, 2016, for bags and also paid for it in the amount of $216.67, expecting to receive it within 2-wks, but have not received it to this date, which has now been over wksI've contacted this business twice by phone and twice by emailI received no response by phone, but did receive a generic email stating they received my inquiry with just general information about their shipping practicesI am now posting this review in hopes that others will check this business out with the Revdex.com and hopefully learn from my mistake in trusting this company!

I ordered one Comfy Bag on 7-19-and received an email confirming my order and saying that I would receive the Comfy Bag in 2-weeks, In late August I sent an email to their so-called 'help' websiteGot no response at allI then called the toll-free number on their 'confirmation' email, and got an automated voice mailI left a message with my name, phone number, and email addressIt is now Sept2nd, but I have still received no response...COMFY BAG SEEMS A LOT LIKE A SCAM...DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH WHOEVER IS BEHIND THIS!!!!!!!

I placed an order in June the website says that it takes weeks for delivery
After month, I contacted them and was told there were delays, but my order would ship out within the weekThe following month I received an email with incorrect mailing infoWhen I contact them I received no responseThe comments I left on their *** page were deleted and the store is no longer available on shopifythey took my money and never delivered

I placed my order with comfy bags on 7/13 and was told it would take 2-3 weeks for delivery (after I inquired on where my product was) and I still have NOT received my product it has been 6 weeks. They did debit my 90.61 quickly. I have called numerous times with zero response. Save yourself don't purchase from this company.

I ordered a Comfy Bag and a Laybag at the same time. The Laybag arrived, as promised, but the Comfy Bag never did. Still waiting. I contacted them via email and the form letter stated that they were very busy and it takes 2-3 weeks for delivery. This was already past three weeks and I asked what their projected time frame would be, as it was a gift. At this point I received no further response. Then a few weeks later I searched around and discovered that many people were not receiving their bags (despite being charged for them on the same day as the order). I wrote them again stating that I was just looking for confirmation of a delivery date (any confirmation) and that if I did not hear from them I would assume that it was a fraudulent situation and I would go ahead and deal with my credit card company and smear them across the universe. I did not hear back, despite my assuring them I just wanted ANY DATE. I suspect their mailbox is full of complaints.

Purchased from them order for $90.61 in early July. As of October 04, the order has still not been sent. Company appears to be a fraud.

This company ignored my six written attempts to obtain a status update for a product that I paid for by credit card before shipment (without advance notice or my authorization) after over a month's unexplained delay in shipment. I have since received my shipment, but my interactions with this company have left me cold. I believe that this company's conduct in this matter constituted an unfair method of competition and/or an unfair or deceptive act or practice for a seller in violation of various federal and state statutes, among other things. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

This company is a scam. Go to their ** page- [redacted] , which will illustrate ALL the customers who they took money from without ever delivering a product. I have a dispute in with my credit card company re: the charges, but please know they will just take your money with no delivery of goods and you will have to fight to get your money back from your credit card company/bank. BEWARE!!!

On July 17, 2016, I ordered a Comfy Bag from this company out of Colorado Springs, CO. My Visa was charged $112.88 for this item. Many weeks went by and no delivery. I have attempted on 3 different occasions to contact someone at this company to determine why I did not receive my order. My last email inquiry (since the phone line was disconnected) was on Nov. 17, 2016 to request a refund. I am at a loss as to how to resolve this issue with the company. At this point I simply want the charges credited back to my Visa. I no longer would wish to receive the item I ordered even if the company decided to ever send it.

Saw ad on [redacted] and thought item would be perfect for upcoming family get-togther, so ordered 4. Card was charged immediately and I patiently waited the anticipated 2 weeks for delivery. Contacted company by email at week 3 and got robo-response of busy with lots of orders, please by patient. Contacted again and got same response, then tried calling customer service number - but got no call back.
Sent email requesting refund or items shipped - I didn't care which option they chose, but wanted it done immediately. Tried customer service number again - but again got no response. Initial order (and 'paid') was on July 12, 2016, yet here I sit with obviously many others experiencing similar issues. This must NOT be a legitimate company and should be reckoned with somehow.

I went back to their [redacted] page and now see that there are all kinds of complaints against the company and a link to Revdex.com
