Don't order from this company. Order placed in July. Still have not received product. Company will not refund money. Answer emails or phone calls. Now the phone numbers aren't any good. [redacted]. Can't even file a complaint with the Revdex.com.

I ordered my item back around July 18th according to my credit card statement. I received a generic email stating that my order had been placed and that a 2-3 week fulfillment should be expected due to a backlog or orders. I contacted the company through two different email contacts the week of August 14th and haven't received any information back. Emailed again on 08.22 and nothing was returned. Called business number and got generic voicemail. Called credit card company the same day and filed for a dispute on the charge and am expected to received refund. The company does not answer customers questions nor return calls. I have seen multiple complaints about them on social media over the course of the last couple of weeks. I do not want them to endanger other individual investments from customers if they cannot stay in contact with their customer base.

I saw this product on [redacted] and ordered 3 Comfy bags on July 8th. My card was billed 216.18. Today is August 16th and I still have not received the bags! I sent several emails and called several times. They constantly send shell emails that say they will be delivered in 2-3 weeks and nothing! I was told it shipped last Wednesday and that a tracking number would be sent by Friday - still nothing!! This is not a reputable company and buyers need to be very careful before purchasing. I'm not even sure they sell them. There were several negative reviews on ** but I see those have been deleted!

I ordered a Comfybag on July 18th with a 3 year warranty...they immediately debited my credit card for $119.18 and sent a generic email stating that I would receive the product within 2 to 3 weeks...after 4 weeks, I began sending emails to their "help" address and never received a response...on August 28th, I left a message on their so-called customer service line telling them I would cancel my order if I didn't receive a response within 24 hours...again, nothing...today, I called the credit card company to reverse the charge and credit me---thank God I used [redacted]!! I think this company---if it really is a company---is a scam!!! Buyers BEWARE!!!

I paid for two comfy bags, over seven weeks ago, paid for rush delivery in order to have for a certain event. I called and emailed over 20 times, just to have them say they would return $30 of my $160. I received an email saying they would rush my order, but still did not receive anything. Three weeks later I get ONE of the bags but of course no trace of the second bag. They have an answering service, but no one from the company will ever call back.
