COMMAND.COMputers Reviews (%countItem)

I truly could write a book on all the ways Mike and his team helped me and my computer troubles! About 3 weeks ago I brought in an older Dell tower running Windows Vista on my home computer. Now I am not what you would call "techy" nor "computer savvy" but I do research quite a bit and after attempting to solve my computer issues independently with no success I headed to COMMAND.COMputers. Mike answered every question I could think to ask and really went above and beyond for me. When it came to getting me set up with wifi, updating my software, getting rid of bugs, or installing simple things like Microsoft Office I was so impressed with the overall kindness, generosity, and sheer knowledge I received.
A gigantic thank you to Mike and his team for such a great computer. I've been running it now for about 3 weeks and have had zero issues. So grateful for this small business in the Maple Valley community. I will definitely be a returning customer and will continue to recommend COMMAND.COMuters to friends and family. Thank you again!

I dropped off my computer for a diagnostic test which I was told would only take a few hours. It has been well over a week and this place is refusing to return my computer to me. I have even offered to pay for service that I did not authorize just to get my computer back. He refuses to give it back to me. He has given me excuse after excuse for over a week and will not budge. He even called the police on me and said I was refusing to leave his store, because I went to the store and demanded he return my items. He told me he wouldn't and that I needed to leave. I told him I would leave with my computer. I guess all a company has to do is tell you to leave thier store if they dont want to return your items to you. I want my property returned to me in the same condition it was given to them in. It is my property. This business has a long history of this type if activity as observed in many social media posts that I now realize I should have heeded to prior.

COMMAND.COMputers Response

I had never seen nor spoken with the woman making this complaint until I walked into my store on Saturday to find her yelling at my intern. I asked if there was something I could help her with and she turned the yelling (and cussing) at me. She was told if she did not stop yelling and cussing that she would be asked to leave. She refused and was told the Police would be called if she did not leave. She said "Go ahead and call the Police, I don't give a ***". I dialed 911 and explained the situation upon which she said she would wait for them to arrive. I asked her to wait outside and when the Police arrived she was gone. I am the business owner and I started my vacation beginning part way through the day on the 1st and was gone through the 4th. When I returned on the 5th I found a work order which stated "computer not turning on" and my intern had tested the starting and charging of the unit. Memory and Hard Drive Diagnostics were unable to be run in the laptop so the Drive was tested externally (failed on 9-6-2017 with 0X70) customer was called (spoke with a youg girl) attempt was made to regenerate and clone the drive on 9-7-2017 (succesful) and cloned drive was installed to see if it would boot (unsuccesful) Received a call back from *** and explained the options and was told he would talk to his wife and call back (no call). Saturday morning *** came in and was told everything we tried so far (other than cloning the data) had been unsuccesful and he decided not to fix it. I told him I was leaving to go out on-site and would remove the new hard drive and have it ready to pick up before I closed at 2:00pm. While I was loading stuff in my vehicle getting ready to leave is when the woman (***) showed up making a scene.

You are lying, you are a scammer, and you know it.
