I would put no stars if I couldThese people lied to me saying that I had won a [redacted] Pro and all I had to do was pick it upWhen I arrived they tried to sell me a carWhen I asked about my prize they said that I would get my prize and to test drive a vehicle firstAfter the test drive they tried to pressure me into purchasing a new carThe manager even came and tried but I insisted that I was only there to pick up my prizeThe manager then said "this guy isn't going to buy anythingGive him his prize." The salesman then walked me over to a post and said I didn't win the [redacted] Pro but I did win $What **They even had the nerve to call me the next day and ask me if I had made it to my appointmentI told them I did and it was all a scam and I reported them to all the local news stationsI will never go to Central Houston Nissan again and I will make sure everyone I know does the same

The dealership sent an ad via mail advertising a $giveaway eventI won the third prize with the combination box of $1,cashThe Event Coordinators ignored me because I was a black male and they didn't believe that I would purchase a vehicle with my $1,winningsBy ignoring me they forced me to leave the store without my prizeThis dealership is a racist organization and nobody should purchase a vehicle from themDon't let the black employees fool you, these people hate black folks and they don't want their business at their dealership

I received an email from the manager Mr*** *** on March 8th stating that they were going to provide me with the two gift cards that I had not received and to let him know when would be a good day for me to come and pick them upI emailed *** back asking him exactly what were the amounts of the gift cards because I did not want to drive all the way there to not be given the $and $gift cards that are due to meHe sent me an return email asking me what places did I want the gift cards from and that when he checked with his GM he was informed I was already give these gift cards but he will give them to me againI sent Mr*** an email that what they are trying to give me is NOT what is due to meMy complaint is NOT about them providing me with two $gift cards to a restaurantMy complaint is based on them not providing me with the two gift cards in the amount of $and $that is due to me from this dealershipMr*** along with his GM should reread my resolution to this complaint that I have filed against this dealershipThis complaint has NOT been resolved and is to remain open

Regards, I refuse to lay a foot on Central Nissan Houston, vehicle I bought came with a free oil change and I rejected, I do my own oil changeThe service, I got after I bought car was horrible and it seems that all Central Nissan Houston wants is your money after you leave dealership you are on your own and wont help even though car was only driven less than miles with all the warranty, its a shameNo you will never gain my trust im so mad that im thinking about letting the repo just take the car, and will just buy a new one cash!!

I would first hand like to apologize for any miscommunication on behalf of our part.  Ms. [redacted] wrote a letter to your organization  stating that we weren’t holding up on our end of a $500 gift card promise and also for 2 additional gift cards and 3 full tanks of gas. During our process in concluding Ms. [redacted]’s car deal, she and a Central Houston Nissan salesman, [redacted], agreed that the $500 would be applied to the deduction of her total cost of the vehicle but that we would give her 2 $25 gift cards and 3 tanks of gas for her inconvenience at our dealership. In this letter you will find the deal date of 01/15/2014 of when Ms. [redacted] purchased the vehicle. Also, you find the email print out Ms. [redacted] sent to your organization stating clearly at the bottom the offer expires 01/02/14. We sincerely appreciate [redacted]’s business and would be happy to uphold our part in making sure she receives the 2 $25 gift cards as well as the 3 full tanks of gas. Rental agent gave option to refill or be charged $57 refuel fee. Customer left to fill the vehicle herself and returned with a tank that was still not full. Customer was not charged for additional gas. Customer returned week after complaint apologizing and asking to be serviced at the dealership. We are no longer Baker Nissan. The dealership was bought out in 2011 (our new name is Central Houston Nissan). Please change the name. With that being said, Mr. [redacted] did not purchased the vehicle from us.
