damage to the vehicle. When Mr. [redacted] brought the vehicle in we sent to a body shop for diagnosis and repair. Repair was made, however Mr. [redacted] said there was still an issue. Advertising lower prices to get you in the sort then jacket by the price up after you sit down to do paperwork. Saying they need to add $2995 for car fax and safety check!! Liars!

I would put no stars if I could. These people lied to me saying that I had won a [redacted] Pro and all I had to do was pick it up. When I arrived they tried to sell me a car. When I asked about my prize they said that I would get my prize and to test drive a vehicle first. After the test drive they tried to pressure me into purchasing a new car. The manager even came and tried but I insisted that I was only there to pick up my prize. The manager then said "this guy isn't going to buy anything. Give him his prize." The salesman then walked me over to a post and said I didn't win the [redacted] Pro but I did win $2. What **. They even had the nerve to call me the next day and ask me if I had made it to my appointment. I told them I did and it was all a scam and I reported them to all the local news stations. I will never go to Central Houston Nissan again and I will make sure everyone I know does the same.

I got a message the the complaint was closed.  I wanted to see if I could change that to resolved.  I got a phone call from the company, and we resolved the issue, and I wanted to write in and see if there is any way to adjust what is showing on the complaint or if that affects the outcome in any way fro the business.  I didn't know they didn't respond at all to the Revdex.com and had only responded directly to me.  Let me know if there are any steps on my part to adjust the resolution listed on my complaint.

The complaint I put in was not for two $25.00 gift cards. The complaint was for one $500.00 gift card and one $25.00 gift card. Along with these two gift cards I was also promised two gift cards to a restaurant and three full tanks of gas. No I have not received the $500.00 gift card and the $25.00 gift card. I did receive the two gift cards to the restaurant but my complaint is for the $500.00 gift card and the one $25.00 gift card.

BILLING AND COLLECTIONS ARE HORRIBLE MAKES ME WANT TO HIRE A LAWYER AND SUE ! THEY NOT ONLY HAD ME ON HOLD FOR 45 minutes they kept telling me its not their problem and to contact medicaid which I did. I was billed which is illegal because I was under medicaid at the time and medicaid said they never received claim even though Radiology had and even gave me my claim number. Than they told me they wouldnt resubmit claim when medicaid told me they have to resubmit!!! NEVER AGAIN !! HOSPITALS SHOULD NOT OFFER THESE SERVICES!

 I appreciate that Mr. [redacted] has responded back to my compliant. As I have explained to him as well as the salesperson. I never agreed to or signed of on any paperwork stating my $500.00 and $25.00 Visa gift cards could be used towards my purchase. If Mr. [redacted] has any paperwork showing this where I have signed off I would really like this sent to me. Also about the expiration yes it states at the bottom of the page that it was expired but it has a second expiration date at the top that states it expires in February. So since Mr. [redacted] has pointed this out this to me as being a consumer is false advertisment.
