Commerce Express Inc Reviews (27)

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
After reading the response I am very upset due to
the response being fabricated or whoever wrote the response was not present
during my interfaces.
Upon leaving during my initial appointment, after no
answers to why this has been happening to my car, I was instructed and
scheduled by DeeDee to bring the car back which would allow more time for them
to look at it. Never did I call back saying the light came back on as mentioned
in the statement (again, I am very disappointed with the information being provided
in the statement). Due to them not having a loaner vehicle that day and me
living so far, I agreed to come back whenever I got off work 8/15 (40 minutes
away) to leave my car this time (reason why appointment was put in for 7:01am,
due to it already being planned and me not being 100% sure what time I would
get off {see attachment of appointment}) in which I would drive back home in
the agreed upon courtesy loaner vehicle. A $35 loaner fee was never mentioned
due to it being a Courtesy as stated on their attachment which I included as
well. I understand that a lot of different charges COULD have been applied, as
typically portrayed, but there was never any mention or discussion which would
be unfair. I have also attached a few
pictures of just a few instances where my car was running hot including the
morning of my first appointment as I was on my way there.
The communication has obviously been terrible. I
called shortly after leaving from picking up my car to express my concerns
(please see attached phone documents.) and was told that everyone was gone. I
made multiple attempts after that, left voice messages and received absolutely
no help or call back until Mr. H[redacted] answered and made an attempt to assist.
That is when I received a call back from Scott W[redacted] (days later 8/25). If
there was a true attempt/concern to take care of me, I shouldn’t have had to
reach out that many times. I’ve also included pictures of the text conversation
between myself and Mr. H[redacted] to prove that I’ve not been stalling the process (hence
my extreme effort to get this resolved), I again, voiced my opinion but still
yet to hear back from Mr. W[redacted] or H[redacted] on a final resolution. I was never
told that it would be programmed etc. and that I would receive a call back
which never happened. It has been made
out to seem as if my key fob was previously in terrible condition and had been
worn from over time (see text convo). Now in Kerry Auto’s statement it’s being
said that “We did not use this function on the key
fob nor damage the key fob in any way”. I am obviously not the professional in
this situation but I’m not ignorant to the fact that the “lock” button does not
have to be used in order for the key fob to be damaged. It is now disturbing to
know that not only were my items not in good care but my car remained unlocked
and not alarmed the entire time of it being on the lot and in their possession.
That is neither comforting nor acceptable.
Being a woman that takes many pictures, I
began to scroll through my phone in hopes to find recent pictures of me holding
my keys, which I often do. I have found and attached recent pictures of me
holding a perfectly good key fob (see photos).
I was told that my tires were worn making a tire
rotation pointless. I was later given a quote from DeeDee but didn’t know if
the price given was reasonable. At that point I had my husband call to speak with
DeeDee and respectfully declined. It was only recommended once and during that
one time my husband declined. (See attached statement from Phil C[redacted]).
I regret purchasing my car from this establishment
with the extra warranty to be disrespectfully spoken to and treated in this
manner. I never imagined experiencing such a difficult time and would
appreciate being treated fairly in this situation. Again, I am asking for my
key fob to be repaired or replaced at no charge and refunded what I was paid
due to negligence, disrespected and treated unfairly and false information in
statement. To keep from going more public about my experience I would like for
this to be resolved and I agree to no longer use this establishment for
purchases or services.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I understand the vehicle was sold as is.  The salesperson misrepresented the car by stating there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and that all issues the previous owner had with the vehicle were taken care of.  The previous owner told my wife and grandmother she told the dealer that the steering wheel needed repairs.  After given the statement from the salesperson, before the purchase, that all issues the previous owner had with the vehicle were taken care of we accepted the sold as is. This dealer shouldn't misrepresent their products and make false statements to their customers in order to make a buck...That's wrong. I have been a Kerry customer for years and it's a shame the business' name is losing credibility because of the bad ethics in its sales department.  They should be ashamed to treat their loyal customers this way.  They have lost not only my business but of my entire family as well.

Good morning [redacted]I was instructed to send you an email update on my Revdex.com Compliant. I have been traveling and currently at the airport to fly back into Cincinnati. Kerry offered to provide a new key fob at no cost and I do accept the offer. I would like to come in this week(end) if possible to get that done but not sure of my next step.Thank you for your help,[redacted]

After a full review of the sale of the Honda , we discovered that the vehicle was presented for sale as a " As Is' unit . The vehicle is nearly 10 years old with 141,000 miles on it . The price reflects that condition and age . All paper work is signed off on " As Is " .  The vehicle was never presented as anything other than that . The age and mileage should indicate that there could be other things wrong , physically and mechaically , that is why it was sold at a discounted price and "As Is " conditon . The response to the call after the sale to bring it in we would look at it was a courtesy gesture . The statement that one of our technicians installed the wrong pump , was in correct . we never did that , we discoverded that it had a wrong pump on the it , but we did not do the origial work . Since the vehicle was sold "As Is " ,  we presented the estimate of repair to the customer for their approval , they approve a new pump and we proceeded . The vehicle was always sold "As is " .

To whom it concerns; We are very sorry for your issues with the 2017 Malibu, 1st of all we want to find a resolution for concerns.  We made a deal in good faith and customer bought a car in good faith, with that being said based on you concerns about road noise in vehicle, we would like to get...

the car into our service dept. to check over the vehicle. Another option is we could offer the Valugard package which is normally around $1000, for free, that would give you sound deading undercoating, fabric protection, paint seal, leather/ vinyl protection, and rust proofing, with a lifetime guarantee on Sound deading undercoating and rust proofing. Another option is to trade you into a 2018 Equinox, you originally where looking for a 2017 Equinox but those are and have been sold out for some time now, as there is an all new 2018 Equinox currently out now.  Our understanding is the whole reason customer went with the Malibu is because of customer budget. A Equinox is a more expensive car and cannot do for the same deal or payments as the Malibu.  I am having our Chevrolet Manager call customer and go over the numbers to trade into the Equinox as well as offer these other options for resolution.  Thanks and as always we appreciate your business!!
