Called Plumbing Paramedics to repair a leaking dipwell. Realized that there was no shutoff except the main water to the building. When they turned off the main water shutoff it failed. We had to have them come back after hours and shutoff the water to the entire building of 4 tenants. They repaired the emergency shutoff and the dip well as well. Everything was done timely, properly and professionally. This is just one of several times the Plumbing Paramedics have provided repairs to our business and we are satisfied every time.

I've used Plumbing Paramedics a few times now, they're dependable and polite.
The work they do is top notch and they've moved things around to accommodate my schedule on more than one occasion.
As with all contractors, you need to be specific about asking them to check other related items. ie, if they're there to service a sink, ask them to check the toilet as well. They don't mind checking to see if anything else needs attention. They're nice to my family, including two really annoying dogs. These are the reasons I'll use them again.

Very professional and reliable. Each time I call I receive quick response and sometimes they go out of their way to accommodate the service request. The first time I used Plumbing Paramedics was almost a year ago for furnace Inspection and cleaning. I received great service and helpful information. Later I had them install humidifier and new thermostat.
In January I had an emergency situation when an old bathroom vent became disconnected in the attic and caused leak in the ceiling. They were very helpful and offered a solution that prevented similar situation from occurring again. In addition they also provided pictures of "before" and "after" so I could see what was there before and what was installed to fix the problem. I definitely would recommend Plumbing Paramedics for any furnace or plumbing requests.

I was extremely pleased with the work Plumbing Paramedics did to resolve a plumbing issue in our home. After another firm had said they wouldn't touch the job as it was too risky, Plumbing Paramedics tackled the job and resolved it completely for a very reasonable price. While the job was physically challenging, our plumber managed it with confidence and good humor. Once our drain was running well, he cleaned up and left everything as good as new.

Another feature of this firm which really impressed me was the promptness with which my phone calls were answered. I called on a Saturday night to change the time of an appointment, and although I expected my message to be answered the next day, I was called back within 5 minutes.

I would highly recommend the Plumbing Paramedics and will be sure to call them when next I have a problem (hopefully not for some time)!

We experienced a plumbing emergency when our Rinnai tankless water heater failed to work. On calling Plumbing Paramedics and speaking to a very friendly and courteous Receptionist, an appointment was set up for Devon to come and diagnose our problem within a couple of hours. As our unit was over 11 years old, we decided to opt for a completely new one as this was our only "real" solution. Devon was able to install the new system the following day, limiting our inconvenience. I have no hesitation in recommending Devon and his company. The pricing was fair, his work was excellent and the service top rate. Unusual to say in today's world! Thanks Plumbing Paramedics!

I have hired Plumbing Paramedics on numerous occasions to fix a few different problems I had with my old water heater. Each time they were prompt in coming to fix my problem and the plumber was very polite and professional. They offered good advice and tips for avoiding future problems and also told me of some simple fixes I could do myself to avoid having to call a plumber in the future.
