The level of customer service was excellent. From the fast response on the first phone call over the weekend, they were able to come assess the problem quickly and provide a thorough explanation. Plumbing Paramedics was able to order and pick up another part within one day and they came to fix it immediately. I would definitely recommend them to others!

I have used Plumbing Paramedics on numerous occasions. Not only do they do great work but they are great guys. On time, professional, courteous and honest. Competitive pricing too. I will use these guys for any plumbing related work in the future, they are a treat to deal with.

Review: I went into the store to purchase a pack of Pall Mall cigarettes. The regular ones were marked $3.69. The pack I was attempting to purchase had a $0.50 coupon on it. The gentleman attempted to charge me $3.29 for my pack. When I told him nicely that the price was incorrect, he told me that his wholesale price was too high to give 50 cents off, refused to change the price, refused to give me his business license information to lodge a complaint, and told me if I didn't like it, to take my business elsewhere, which I did.Desired Settlement: I would like to see them charging correct prices, not being rude to customers, and to be informed of the laws protecting consumers in this country and state. At the very least, I would like a letter of apology from the business.

1/ The lady who came to my store on 8/28/2013 was not my regular customer. That was the first time she came to my store. She did not told me anything “nicely“as she put on her complaint. She shouted at me and showed her anger. Then she threw the pack of Pall Mall to the floor. She told me that what I did was against the Laws, but when I asked her if she could help me to find the Laws so I could learn from there, then she quickly stormed our of the door with anger on her face, and she was yelling lots more but I was not able to understand.

2/ I thought that problem would go away and I was never upset about that, like years ago when people came to threaten me that way. But now, I have to deal with the problem that I would never wish to have.

3/ I do not know who has the authority to set the price of merchandise at my store. I set our price base on the cost.

And cigarettes at my store have lowest prices in this area ( Middletown). Your Bureau can check to see the truth.

4/ I do not say regular price or not regular price, but I set the price of those which do not have stickers and those with stickers. Base on the cost I should set Pall Mall at $3.79 a pack. But I decided that Pall Mall with no 50 cent off stickers should have store discount of 10 cents (that can help some customers a little). So I sell them at $3.69 a pack. Those with 50 cents off sticker from manufacturer do not need store discount and I set the price at $3.29. Representatives from RJ Reynolds cigarettes company ( making Pall Mall) visit my store monthly and they think that idea make sense. That is my store prices. All the stores around here have prices higher than mine, why she did not complaint?

In my thought, I never believed that she was upset about 10 cents, but she thought that she caught me for error in mathematic calculation. She tried to teach me a elementary level lesson, that was all about.

5/ I feel that because I am not original American (I became US citizen 30 years ago), so some strangers treated me that way. ( Like 30 years ago, when I first came here as a refugee).People in Middletown area here have been our customers for 15 years and we all get along well. They understand and show me lots of supports.

6/ This is a small business at a small town. I do not know anything about website.

Therefore, if your bureau decide to do anything about this issue, please let me know and show me how to get access to it.
