The claim Mr [redacted] was a part of involved multiple parties which resulted in a policy limits issueThese types claims unfortunately take time to investigate to verify all the injuries and damagesThis can be further complicated when Attorneys are involvedMr [redacted] was advised on December 19, 2015, that we can not settle and issue payment to anyone for their property damage until all parties agree to the pro-rated settlement amount and sign a releaseOn January 4, 2016, we advised that while all parties had agreed on the pro rated settlement amount, no releases have been signedOnce all parties agree and sign releases, we will be able to issue payment and resolve MrJ [redacted] property damage claim

Good afternoon,We were in the process of reviewing the complaint Mr, [redacted] , complaint # [redacted] , that was forwarded to usWe take any and all complaints seriously and are deliberate in our investigations, Since we no longer can respond via the site please let this email serve as our response.Mr [redacted] was the claimant for our Claim [redacted] The accident occurred on July 4th, and he was contacted by phone and mail on July 7th, 2015, and again on July 10th, Our insured and claimant had different facts as to the cause of the accident, and after an investigation and review of the police report, wedetermined our insured was not liable for the accident, A letter explaining the result of our investigation has since been mailed to Mr [redacted] .If you have any questions, please feel free to contact meMy contact info is in my Signature Have a good afternoon

We have reviewed Ms***s complaint regarding the additional amount owed for a rental carIn reviewing her claim, the average amount of time it should have taken her body shop to repair the damage to her vehicle was 2-daysThe estimate approved to repair the vehicle was for this amount of time as was the amount of days the rental car was approved forThe body shop should have contacted us to let us know the repairs were not going to be done in timeThey failed to do soThe body shop took days to complete the repairs.Once Ms*** contacted us about this situation we reached out to the body shop to request they provide us documentation as to the delay in repairs and the reason for the delayThe body shop agreed that they wouldWe contacted them twice requesting this information and they, to date ,have not provided us with this documentationIf they unnecessarily delayed the repair of her vehicle after she dropped it off to them, that is an issue with the body shopUnless, we receive documentation verifying there was a valid reason for the delay, the additional amount owed for the rental vehicle should be the responsibility of the body shop

Mr [redacted] policy was surcharged because he failed to provide requested underwriting informationOur policy contract requires anyone that resides in the household to be added or excluded from the policyMr [redacted] refused to sign the exclusion form for His girlfriend, whose card they were using to pay the policyHis policy would be returned to the original payment amount once either he adds his girlfriend to the policy or he signs an exclusion form from the policy.As for his refund request, we have been providing coverage for him and as such there is no refund amount to returnHis reasoning for obtaining a refund is one that has him acknowledging he fraudulently provided someone else's card information without their permissionAt this point Mr [redacted] has options; 1.Add his girlfriend who resides and has made payments on the policy, as a driver to the policy Sign a Named Driver Exclusion form for his girlfriend, where in the event she was driving vehicles on the policy, there would be no coverage, or Obtain other insurance the date his policy with us cancels on, 2/28/

I contacted PCC today and inquired about the documentation that Commonwealth claimed they did not receive. Attached is a copy of the document

Have had an auto policy with Commonwealth
Since December of days ago, my vehicle was damaged in a hit and runContacted them afterwards with police report and got a claim number and was assigned a case worker to handle the claimdays later, still have not been contact by the adjustor to begin the processThink this is very poor customer service especially since I have been without a car since the accidentWill be taking legal actions against the company

as was the amount of days the rental car was approved for. The body shop should have contacted us to let us know the repairs were not going to be done in time. They failed to do so. The body shop took 9 days to complete the repairs.Once Ms. [redacted] contacted us about this situation we reached out to the body shop to request they provide us documentation as to the delay in repairs and the reason for the delay. The body shop agreed that they would. We contacted them twice requesting this information and they, to date ,have not provided us with this documentation. If they unnecessarily delayed the repair of her vehicle after she dropped it off to them, that is an issue with the body shop. We reviewed the complaint sent by Mr. [redacted] immediately and reviewed the claim. After reviewing the claim, we contacted Mr. [redacted], apologized for the delay and set up a time and date for Mr. [redacted] to drop off his vehicle for repair and get him into a rental car. It appears there was...

miscommunication at the body shop selected for the repairs and they did not contact Mr. [redacted] to set up a date and time for repair. We have discussed this issue with the body shop and our claims adjuster to ensure we follow up on completed repairs in the future.
