8/15/2017RE:Revdex.com dispute/HamiltonTo whom it may concern;Ms. Hamilton presented her vehicle for service for the first
time after purchase on 5/19/17 at 2742 miles. She was concerned that the
vehicle was pulling at highway speed. The concern was resolved by aligning the
vehicle steering. The Nissan...

factory warranty provides for an adjustment period
of 12 months or 12,000 miles to address such concerns that can arise after
delivery. The second visit was
on 6/23/17 at 3604 miles. The concern was creaking over bumps. The vehicle was
visually inspected for obvious issues and was then driven, utilizing an
electronic listening device known as “chassis ears”. This allows a tech to
pinpoint a noise to its source. The intermittent noise was isolated to sway bar
bushings. These bushing are made of a very hard rubber. When dry or, at extreme
temperatures, hot or cold, they will cause noise. The solution is to lubricate
these bushings with silicone spray lubricant. This is a normal maintenance
item, usually performed at oil change intervals. This same bushing design is
used on most vehicles today. After a test over bumps, the noise had been
resolved. An additional complaint related to a noise when turning was
presented, but no noise was duplicated. The third visit was prompted by the customer’s recurring
concern about the creaking noise over bumps. The car was presented 6/27/17 at
3680 miles. The technician was unable to duplicate the concern, the car was
driven by the technician and the service manager to confirm. There was no problem
found and no repair performed. The repair order documents a total of 5 miles in
testing, from 3680 to 3685. ABC Nissan referred this complaint to Nissan’s
District Technical Special. He scheduled a time to investigate at his next
dealer visit. The customer was later apprised of the date and time.On 8/10/2017 at 4761 miles, Ms. Hamilton presented the car
to be inspected by Nissan’s technical representative. He advised that the
vehicle was operating as designed. He could identify any noise and found no
defects. There was no repair to be performed. The car was driven a total of 6
miles at this visit, ending at 4767. While the factory representative stated
that the vehicle is operating as designed, that was not intended to infer that
it was designed to make noise. Rather, that under certain circumstance, the
vehicle may make variety of noises that is inherent to its mechanical nature.
This does not indicate a defect. Again, due to temperature and lubrication,
different noises may arise. As such, ABC Nissan would be precluded from
replacing parts to address any concerns, as the factory has deemed the car to
be operating under normal specification. Nissan Motor Corporation does not find
a warrantable issue with the car as such there is nothing to be fixed or
repaired. Any further concerns regarding this item would need to be referred to
the manufacturer consumer affairs department as it is not an issue with ABC
Nissan.

They have resolved a few issues but nothing about the warranty.  They say they have the conversation on video and voice recording but will not allow me to review.

In response to the Generall Manager of ABC Nissan, he states...

that we were given the paperwork before we left the dealership, he also states that these documents were mailed to us 2 times, both statements are absolutely in true.  Had we been given the paper's or had received them in the mail, I would not have contacted the Revdex.com.  I did receive a phone call from the Finance Manager informing me that he was sending these papers by FedEx today, December 9, 2016, and that I would have to sign for them, as proof of actually receiving them.  I want to thank you for finally getting a response to our problem with this dealership.  [redacted]

I was just wondering the status of my $25 gift card for testing driving at the tent event

To Whom It May Concern:
Mr. [redacted] was issued a refund check for the warranty products he purchased from our store in the amount of $1158.22, after he submitted a similar letter of concern to the Attorney General's office eariler in the month.  Mr. [redacted] cashed his refund check on...

11/23/2015.  As the customer has received and been paid his refund money, ABC Nissan considers this matter to be closed.

It's terrible news when a file doesn't close and never a positive outcome for either party.  It appears that the income the loan officer relied on initially gave an approval, however, the income obtained from the IRS transcripts during the process did not support the approval which is what the underwriter based her decision on.  We'd be happy to refund you the money you paid upfront which went to the appraisal and other third party expenses.  Over the years, we've had tens of thousands of customers and less than .01% are unhappy with our service.  Even though the number of unsatisfied customers is very low, we do see this as room for improvement and will use this experience to make improvements. If you ever give us another chance, we will give you a $1,000.00 credit off our already low closing costs. We've never had less than a A+ rating with the Revdex.com and intend on keeping that!

We are trying as hard as we can to get this loan closed! This customer filed a 2016 extension but did not pay a significant tax liability. Customer states that they are not required to pay the balance until October 2, 2017 which is acceptable, however, the customer's CPA needs to confirm this and...

that office has not been responsive to our requests.  As soon as we have confirmation in writing from the CPA, we will be ready to roll.  We have given the borrower an extended rate lock for no charge notwithstanding worsening market conditions for ARM loans. We anticpate a favorable outcome for this transaction.

The client complaint was reviewed in detail and the $500 application fee is being refunded.  No additional resolution is required.

We appreciate the opportunity but were unable to lend on the file due to the lack of comparison properties to support the value in the purchase and sale agreement.  The property is a 2-unit detached (two single family homes on the same lot).  We spent many hours on the file and protected...

the interest rate without any cost to the applicant which cost thousand of dollars.  We have other expenses which include title work, flood cert, credit reports, tax transcripts, fraud guard, and other items and are not seeking reimbursement. We proceeded in good faith and our costs for this file greatly exceed the deposit of $500.  Nevertheless, if the applicant feels that he is owed his return of the $500 then please make a request to [redacted] and a refund will be issued.  We have had many thousands of customers over the years and have a A+ rating at the Revdex.com which is the highest rating attainable.  We have been told over and over again that we offer the lowest rates and most of our customers choose our no cost closing option and pay absolutely nothing at all. We also have a spotless record with the division of banks with zero overcharges in the history of the company.

I hope you are well. This complaint has defamatory remarks.  Can you remove the complaint or have Mr. [redacted] revise One of the remarks that is defamatory is:  Commonwealth Mortgage LLC company advertised program is completely false,a straight up lie. Unless Mr. [redacted] can...

prove that I advertise at least one program that is false and have lied to him, this review is defamatory.

We always appreciate feedback and it is used to help us to improve and maintain our A+ rating with the Revdex.com as well as remain as one of the most competitive lenders for service, rates, and closing costs in the country.  It looks as though the income and debts you stated on your application are...

different than what we are able to verify from the sources you gave us permission to access.  The information provided by the IRS, for example, is what we need to use to compute your debt-to-income ratio and not simply take your word which we would like to do but cannot by law. It appears as the loan officer from Commonwealth Mortgage, LLC proceeded in good faith as she had moved forward with information that you had provided.  Nevertheless, we understand that customers can make mistakes about income and debts and do believe that you also proceeded in good faith.  I would be happy to refund your $500.00 without delay.

The complaint wanted to use a "green" appraiser but unfortunately the borrower cannot chose it's own appraiser as it is against the DoddFrank Act and violated other laws. There was a large delay with getting the appraisal done and the value eventually came in significantly less than what the...

complainant felt the value should be. The loan scenario changed and the terms needed to be modified.  The loan has no more or less value by modifying the terms and we wish the value of the property was as originally stated. Both parties are at a loss due to the property value.  As a good gesture, if the applicant returns in the future will will grant $1,000 credit off whatever is quoted on our website.  We have refunded the complainants deposit in full and she is not out any money at all.
