We have a copy of the patients drivers license and a signature on a consent that matched the signature on the drivers license that was scanned into the medical record for that date of service. We have no way of knowing that this patient is not him

I am rejecting this response because:The hospital had me call in and fill out the
financial application over the phone.The billing department is being dishonest per our conversation saying one thing then doing another.The hospital scheduled a day and time for me to call in and fill out the financial assistance application over the phone.Then I did that and the lady on the phone asked me multiple questions said I qualified for the financial assistance.Then they continued to call me changing the story a few months later

Due to identity theft CMC will be refunding Medicare Blue and discontinue to bill the patient

CMC requested several times from the consumer additional information by mail and phone to complete the financial application and we never received it.

rejecting this response because:That is what ID Theft is, My drivers license was stolen, the Attorney General for the State of Montana accepted as stolen and issued me a ID Passportand the only entity ha has ever questioned it is Community Medical Center..And the Hospital should ask itself why would I drive miles to go to an emergency room when there is one right here in HamiltonSome common sense should come into play somewhere along the lineI would understand this in a teenager or someone in there 20's but I'm years old.And trust me Community medical center will never I use

We have taken this out of collections and had them drop the suit.? The balance has been adjusted off.?

rejecting this response because:That is what ID Theft is, My drivers license was stolen, the Attorney General for the State of Montana accepted as stolen and issued me a ID Passport. and the only entity ha has ever questioned it is Community Medical Center..And the Hospital should ask itself why would I drive 60 miles to go to an emergency room when there is one right here in Hamilton. Some common sense should come into play somewhere along the line. I would understand this in a teenager or someone in there 20's but I'm 66 years old.And trust me Community medical center will never I use.
