I paid $450.00 to be in a bullying campaign. I have contacted the company many times and still to this day nothing has gone out to the schools.
On 5/3/18 I paid $450.00 to be a part of a bullying campaign that will be sending out "life saving safety boards" to all of Jefferson county schools.
My first issue was that I hadn't received the complementary safety boards I was told I would receive in the mail. I contacted by email and phone many times to the graphic artist I was assigned asking about the eta of them just to be ignored. I finally after many months had gone by decided to send an email stating I wanted my money back because they hadn't lived up to the contract I had with them. They finally sent the 10 or so safety boards in the mail.
My second issue was when almost a year had gone by, the school year was over and I knew that there was no bullying campaign that had gone on in the school district because I have children that go to school in the district. I again reached out by phone and email MANY times for over 2 months and finally stated I was going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com if I didn't receive a call back. I received a call from a woman who stated that the graphic artist I was working with was fired and that she was picking up the pieces. I gave her benefit of the doubt because she sounded honest in saying that because of the mixup that the campaign was being sent out the next school year now because it takes time to set it up. She informed me that it would be rolled out to the school district in the beginning of the school year. Here we are way past the beginning of the school year and almost 2 years past me paying to be a part of the campaign with nothing. I am requesting a refund at this time because it's obvious now that there's no campaign.

Desired Outcome

I am requesting a refund at this time because it's obvious now that there's no campaign.

I paid for the product that I have not received. $700. I want my refund
A telemarketer called me on August 19,2019 offering No Bulling postcard magnet with my information on it. They had also promised to deliver the entire box to me to distribute. I agreed, gave them my credit card information, they charged me $700. They never sent me a proof nor the merchandise. I had called the non working number, I had placed a dispute with my credit card company (which was very unsuccessful). All I request at this point is my money back.

Desired Outcome

I just want my money back

We were approached by *** to sponsor an anti-bullying project in our county last April. We signed on for the $1,499 sponsorship, that came with graphic design work for white erase boards that would be distributed through out grade schools in our county. The design work was great but it all ended there. Part of the sponsorship included two boxes, 55 each, of the white erase boards to be delivered with in 90 days. We have yet to receive them. We have asked, via email with our contact and through their website for a better understanding of the program and the roll out of the program and have been told we are not privy to the that information. We have asked multiple times for updates and the status on the boards that were promised and we get to response or are told the tracking information is coming. I emailed and let them know that we were flat out disappointed and could not support our sponsorship any longer with the lack of communication and understanding that we had especially for the price that we paid and we would like our sponsorship refunded. They promptly, finally, responded and said the sponsorship/fee paid for the graphic design of the add and could not be refunded. This is organization is such a sham. We are at a loss.
Product_Or_Service: Sponsorship

Desired Outcome

Refund We want our funds refunded to us. We can't even get an understanding of how the program is going to be introduced to the community and the schools.

In Response to the above clients complaint, I would like to redirect them to their signed agreement.

The agreement very clearly states what it is they purchased and also states it is a non-refundable transaction.

We have and continue to hold up our end of the contract and request this complaint be handled appropriately.

Please See the attached documentation showing the merchandise was in fact delivered & signed for by the client.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Per my conversation with the company's rep Cory *** the size of our donation would provide us with two boxes, 55 boards in each box, of the final product. We did receive the delivery as noted about but they most certainly were not dry erase boards as described in the initial sales phone call. The delivery was USPS mail envelope with a handful of cardboard representations of what were told were dry erase boards. This was overall a huge mis-representation of both the program and the product. We would like was promised to us regarding the product.

Community Outreach is a Scam. Paid $1349 for hundreds of magnet boards to sponsor an anti bullying campaign that were never sent.
On 7/3/2018, I paid $1349 with my credit card to a Community Outreach representative by phone. When I did not receive the magnet boards with my business card and important safety information to distribute to my clients, I followed up with a phone call. I was advised that when enough businesses signed up, the boards would be printed and sent. I emailed again months later and was told they would reprint and sent them. Their phone numbers now do not work and they are not answering their emails. They seem to have disappeared and my emails have disappeared from my sent folder. Fortunately, I saved a printed copy of the invoice from last year. See attached. Although I would like the magnet boards and I wanted to support an anti bullying campaign, it has been a year and I believe they are scamming the public. Now, I would like a refund. Thank you.

Desired Outcome

Refund

Community Outreach Partners Response • Jul 25, 2019

In response I would first like to formally apologize to this client for the misunderstanding and delayed response to her emails. We do deal with clients from various locations and things do get lost in communication. It is something we do not pride ourselves in but it is something we continue to work on as a growing business.

I will be reaching out to client to work on a solution to this issue personally. Thank you again for your time.

Customer Response • Aug 22, 2019

Cory *** at Community Outreach emailedan apology, told me my magnet boards were on his desk, and he was mailing them. I asked for the tracking number. No number was sent. Weeks later, they have not been received. This company is a scam and took $1349 of my money. More from others, as well. They are liars and need to be shut down.

I was lead to believe that my $700 payment was going to have me advertised on an anti bullying campaign for Lake County Schools. It never happened.
I signed an electronic agreement to be the only advertiser for an anti bullying campaign for Lake County Schools. I was told the 44,000 students would receive 8x10 refrigerator magnets, and I would be the only advertiser. I substitute teach for Lake County Schools so I know for a fact that this campaign NEVER happened!! Plus every number I have called for this company is either no longer in service, or it belongs to someone else. Same with the email addresses. They are no longer valid. I contacted the electronic signature company that was used and they said the "company" canceled their account. They attempted to reach them and they had no luck either. They have flagged this "company" as fraudulant so they can not use their services in the future. I am trying to get my money back from Discover, and so far they are NOT being helpful!!!

Desired Outcome

I want my $700 back. So far Discover is not helping me because so much time has lapsed. I signed the end of October 2018 (8 months ago) but I have been trying to handle this myself, but once I realized I had been scammed, I contacted my credit card company and they can't find any proof one way or another so I am out of luck so far.

Community Outreach Partners Response • Jun 27, 2019

I would first like to start off this response by stating Community Outreach is simply providing the service this client willingly chose to participate in; One 2 inch by 4 inch custom built graphic.

This client signed their invoice receipt at the time of purchase stating it is a non-refundable transaction, and we will uphold that contract. Any and all forms of contact are listed on our website and we are still available to be reached via email. If this client had concerns regarding her purchase, she would have had every opportunity to reach out.

This client received their merchandise (exactly as described in the invoice the client received at the time of purchase) in the form of a JPEG sent to the email, as well as via USPS as you see from the attached Image.

We did however cancel the program we were using for our electronic signatures as it was not meeting our expectations as a company. The claims of being flagged as fraudulent is False.

With that being said, we are currently in dispute with Merchant Services regarding this transaction. It is against the terms of service to issue a refund once a dispute is initiated. This complaint is completely unnecessary and is being handled appropriately.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
They have NEVER produced the anti bullying campaign I was supposed to be advertised on. Contact Lake County Schools...I did. Heck I work there. They did NOT fulfill their end of their contract. I and the signature company called the only two numbers I had, and neither of them are working numbers. I have my copies of SEVERAL emails that I sent to them with ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE. Look at their online reviews!!! I am not the only person they have done this to!! There are several of us!!! I want my money back!! They did not produce the product they promised. I never received anything from them!!!!!! I would be happy to forward all of my email attempts. I can also forward the signature companies emails. that is how I learned about them being flagged as a fraudulent company. It was the signature company that provided me with the link for the Revdex.com. Please provide me with the email address for you.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I was told multiple times that this campaign was for Lake County Schools. I was told that 44,000 magnets would be sent out to Lake County students, and that DID NOT HAPPEN. Why in the heck would I advertise anywhere else??? I work, live and play in Lake County. So are you saying you placed my Real Estate ad in another county that I do not live or work in??? I never agreed to that.

You also say I agreed to a 2 x 4 Custom built graphic. This makes absolutely no sense. Why would I have you build me a graphic when I have professional artwork already?? Plus I have never seen your finished product to approve or ever use, not electronically or in person. I submitted my logo and my picture. There was supposed to be a 1/2 page size sponsor ad. I have never seen it. ALSO I was was promised a double order of magnets. I have never seen those either. I DID email and call multiple times. My emails were never responded to and my phone calls went to disconnected automated messages or a completely different business! So far I have given your company $700 for absolutely nothing!!!!!

You say the "merchandise" was delivered....no it most certainly was not! The school system never received anything from your company. I'm not just a Realtor, I also substitute teach social sciences for Lake County Schools, Yet another reason I decided to sponsor this campaign. This was a scam!

Your online reviews are horrendous. I am not even the 50th person you have done this to. I just wish to God I would have not been talked in to this scam. I wish I would have had the thought to second guess what was supposed to be a great thing for kids. But me being a mother and a grandmother would do anything for a child. Shame on you and your scamming company.

If I do not get my money back, I will go public. My husband is a Lieutenant for the Federal Government and I will not stop. I'm confident that when I do go public, I will have a class action lawsuit so fast it will make your head spin.

You can't do wrong by people!!!!!

in response to the consumers additional concerns:

I would first redirect the consumer to their paid in full Invoice Receipt. Any and all contact information is listed both in email as-well as the bottom section on the Invoice. If there were any questions, comments, concerns, there is plenty of methods in which to reach out.

At no point does the invoice agreement mention distribution to Lake County schools. The consumer purchased 1 2 inch by 4 inch custom built graphic.

The merchandise was received via email as well as USPS priority shipping. The delivery was in fact signed for as seen by the attached documentation.

If you would like to continue to dispute your purchase, I will be happy to go more in depth regarding our policies and terms you agreed to upon signing the invoice.

***@***.org

Community Outreach Partners has not fulfilled the distribution of over 3,400 safety magnets to all K-6 public school child in our county.
On 8/10/2018, I was contacted by phone at my business asking us to buy an advertising spot on a "dual sided 8.5" X 11" dry erase magnetized safety magnets" which would be distributed to "each K-6 public school student in my county in Missouri". We were quoted the price of $2500 to have the whole 4"x8" advertising space at the top of the magnet. This quote was for artwork set up, 2 boxes of 110 complimentary magnets, and the distribution of 3,400+ magnets/month until all of the public schools had been covered. Our credit card was charged the $2500 on 8/10/18. We submitted art work by email on 8/13/18. The next two months were spent with us calling to try and get the proof sent to us to approve, have printing begin, receive our complimentary magnets, and have distribution begin to the schools. During this time, we made several phone calls getting redirected to different people each time (Carter, Daniel, Baja, Beverly, Michael). We were told numerous dates for receiving the proof, the printing to take place, the distribution of the magnets to the schools to begin, and a monthly email stating which schools/community events received that month's magnets, all of which came and went. We finally received the proof to approve on 9/17/18. We approved it that same day. On 10/17/18, after calling the company again, I was told we would have our complimentary magnets by 10/22/18, that distribution would begin on 10/29/18(not the 9/28/18 date I was told by Beverly), and the first email stating the distribution sites would be sent on 11/26/18. On 10/24/18, after still not having received any magnets, we started the process to dispute the credit card charges and have them dismissed due to not receiving the product and services we paid for. After many months of sending in information, and talking with the credit card company and Community Outreach, the credit card company reapplied the $2500 charge (on 1/7/19) and told us we would need to continue the dispute with the company. We did finally receive our box of complimentary magnets. They are not "dual sided 8.5" X 11" dry erase magnetized safety magnets" as stated on their website, instead they are thin cardstock, poorly printed, lightly laminated, with 2 thin magnet strips partially attached to the back with a light adhesive. But, there has never been any distribution of 3,400/month boards to the public schools in our county which we paid for. We gave Comm. Outreach a couple months to get the distribution going after the cc dispute ended, & for us to begin receiving the monthly distribution emails before we reached out to them for a refund due to breach of contract. On 3/20/19, we called and after getting the run around again, we finally talked with Corrie Seamore. Corrie stated the company was a non-profit company and could not issue any refunds, and that they do not distribute magnets to public school students and she doesn't know who in the company told me that. She stated I paid the $2500 to get artwork done and for one 4x8" board, not for distribution of the boards to the schools. Obviously, that not true. Their contract says "please allow 90 days for distribution to begin and to receive your complimentary safety boards". Their website states, "dual sided 8.5" X 11" dry erase magnetized safety magnets" are produced and "the magnets are distributed throughout the community by Firemen & School children in participating districts." This company is scamming businesses under the terms of a 501(3)c non-profit business.

Desired Outcome

We would like a full refund of our $2500. We will gladly send back the poor quality cardstock boards they finally sent us as the complimentary "dual sided 8.5" X 11" dry erase magnetized safety magnets" as they are not of a quality we feel comfortable given out to our customers. After being lied to repeatedly, we do not feel there is any outcome other than a full refund which we would feel would settle this dispute.

Was sold an ad for a bullying campaign in Aug. 2018. I made payment of $2,820.20. have not received services & cannot reach anyone. I want full refund
On August 7, 2018 I received a call from a young lady selling me a spot on an exclusive magnets by Safety Magnet community outreach, for a bully campaign that was launching October 1st 2018. The information interest me but I was unsure of if it was a legitimate company so I asked for the website and the phone number I could call back. I searched their website and called the individual back on their toll free number. I also search Florida SUNBIZ and could not find them on Florida's registered businesses. They young lady advised that they were under community outreach. After confirming their information I opted for an a 2X4 ad amount of $1,39.20. I was told that I would be contacted by the graphics department and would be advised when the remaining spaces were sold. On September 12th, 2018 to inquire about my ad. I was told that the entire ad space had not been sold and would have to wait for the other spaces to be sold. I decided to purchase the remaining for an additional $1,471.00 owning the bully ad for the year and right of refusal the following years. I received an email from graphics design department about creating an ad for me. I called and spoke to a gentleman in graphic and explained that I wanted to utilize their free service to create an ad for me. I advised that my add can be created by using my email signature and picture on the email that I sent with the signed contract that included my picture and logo for use of creating the ad.

Six weeks passed and I never heard back from anyone. On Wednesday October 23rd I called the tollfree number and local number and left several messages. On October 24th I called again and left 2 messages. On October 24th I sent an email requesting a call back and advising that I had left several message. Late afternoon on October 25th I called again several times I spoke with the receptionist. I expressed my dissatisfaction and advised that I had filed a dispute with my credit card company. I wanted a refund for breach of contract and not providing the services I had paid for. I also explained I had sent an email the previous day. She advised me that the email had been receive but not yet opened by anyone but that she could connect me with the graphics department and they could work on my proof. After she transferred my call, I spoke with a gentleman and explained everything that I wanted on October 25th. I followed up with the attached email providing specifics. I did not yet receive a draft proof of my ad nor any communications as stated on the contract within 14 days. On October 29th I sent another email advising that I did not want my contract to self renew in the following years as stated on the contract. Since I did not hear back from them, on Dec 12th, I sent one last email with the hopes of getting their attention and yet once again no response.

The services were originally sold to me with a commitment of 70,0000 magnets distributed to all the middle schools in Palm Beach County and several community events. I was to get a calendar with the dates of distribution to the schools and dates of community events. I was also promised 850 magnets mailed to me to use for self promotion.

I made two payments to them on two different contracts in the amount of $1,349.20 on August 7th 2018 (Bank Credit Card) and $1,471.00 on September 12th 2018 (Credit Card). I have yet to receive any services as stated on the contract or any email replies to the attached emails, therefor I have placed a disputed claim with my credit card companies for the full amount. Note that I have also sent an email advising that I do no wish to auto renew for the 2019 year

The lack of follow-up and communication indicates a breach of contract and I am requesting a full refund. As per their current web site the bullying ad is available for purchase yet they never produced the ad I paid for and had exclusivity for an entire year.

Regards

Community Outreach Partners Response • Feb 11, 2019

Per the signed Invoice Receipt this is a non-refundable transaction. The client purchased a quantity of ONE 4x8 sized custom graphic. It is clear she is trying to take advantage of Community Outreach as she is in possession of her merchandise and does not want to compensate for the work done. Once a dispute has been initiated it is against their company policy to issue a refund. As noted on our company site, it does state please contact us to ensure a space is available in your area before purchase, so any and all space is industry exclusive.

Breach of contract. Did not deliver on sale and unresponsive.
We paid to sponsor a magnet distributed to every school in Harris County. President Adam M called in May 2018 and offered to make magnets and send them to every student via every school in Harris County to be sent home in student's backpacks when the school year began which was in August 2018. The work has not been done and the company is unresponsive. Adam made the sales call 6 days after a mass school shooting in our area and encouraged us to help stop school bullying by sponsoring the "safety magnet" program. In doing so, he preyed upon our weakness and sold us a bogus product. The complimentary sample magnet he sent us does not even stick to a fridge. It therefore does not qualify as a magnet. I do not believe any kids have received the item. We are a legitamate 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and none of the 100+ people with kids at 100+ Harris County schools who are on our board of directors, parent guild or advisory board have seen the item come home with their child or at their child's school.

Desired Outcome

I assume the company cannot deliver on the sale. I am seeking a full refund of $899.

Community Outreach Partners Response • Feb 19, 2019

In response to this complaint. I would first like to advise this client as stated on the invoice reciept at the time of purchase; they paid for one 2x4 graphic ad. We upheld our contract and delivered said graphics via email, which was approved & usps priority shipping.

I do want to apologize if there was a problem with the magnet specifically but it was tested in office and we have no problems with them sticking to the fridge. We are only providing the service you willingly chose to participate in.

Community Outreach advocates for public safety and the education of younger generations on serious topics like anti-bullying and firearm safety. If you would like to send us an email I would be more than happy to have your complimentary box re-printed and re-magnetized at no cost.

Customer Response • Feb 19, 2019

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This is false. Adam M promised to send the magnets to "every school in Harris County." The contract refers to "distribution." While on the phone placing my order, I looked up the company's tax return to verify the company's legitimacy. See attached. I saw I was speaking with the President, someone with authority to commit the company. I saw that the company's report to the IRS that states, "Distributed magnets to children in elementary schools and middle schools." I also saw the company was about twice the size of Dance H and spent $419,090 on one county's campaign in a previous year. For this reason, I had a reasonable expectation for this company to deliver on its promise because it reported that it performed this service under penalty of perjury to the IRS. Their tax return states nothing about graphic ads as a part of their business, nor does it state any unrelated business income. Perhaps Adam M is defrauding the IRS in addition to our organization. Either way, I hope he will make things right with Dance H.

I purchased an ad space on an anti-bullying dry erase board that was to be distributed through various schools in my local school district. I paid for this advertising ($1050) on July10. 2018. I received a proof via email on August 24th, which I approved also on 8/24. On 8/27 they confirmed they received my approval & said I would receive 50 sample boards in 3/4 weeks. On 10/17/18 I sent an email requesting an update on my sample boards & requested information for when & where the boards would officially be distributed to no avail. After a few fruitless attempts at reaching someone via phone & email with these same questions, I then threatened to notify my credit card company & refuse the charges. I then received 16 sample boards which had a small portion of my ad space cut off. So not only did I not get the amount I was promised but my ad was cut off too. I then once again made several attempts at reaching someone.....had to resort once more to threatening to dispute the charges on my cc before someone by the name of Mike called me. He apologized for the lack of communication & seemed surprised. He had me take a picture of one of the boards I received & email it to him, which I did immediately. He said he would order the correction & send out 100 sample boards to me. He said he would send me an email to confirm our conversation & the ad correction along with providing me the list of schools that would be distributing these boards & the multiple dates in which they would be distributed.....that email never arrived nor did my sample boards. It is now January 1, 2019.

I wanted to reach out personally and let you know that I am going to be doing everything in my power to rectify this situation. I will have the order expedited and you should be receiving your magnets as soon as possible! Please let me know if there is anything else I can to.

I will not accept this complaint as being closed until the vendor does as promised. They have made too many false promises already.

Community Outreach Partners Response • Jan 22, 2019

In response,
Please give us a call. I would like to get this situation rectified. I see that the initial complaint included some issues with your artwork. I would like to have to speak with our graphics team to upgrade your space at no cost and to have your complimentary magnets reprinted and sent to you as soon as possible.

Paid for anti bullying magnet advertising space. Was to receive product within 90 days. Did not receive.
Purchased magnet/white board advertising space for my real estate company for anti bullying. Paid on 9/4/18. Was to receive product proofs in mail 90 days later. Did not receive. Called and emailed company several times ( I uploaded a copy of all these correspondences) and still have not received proofs. We are now entering into 2019 and I have still not receive product nor refund. I have disputed the charges with my bank and turned in the same paperwork I have uploaded her.

Desired Outcome

Refund my bank. They have already given me a provisional credit back as they found your company in default of their contract.

Community Outreach Partners Response • Jan 03, 2019

In response to miss ***'s case;

It is unjust for our client to dispute this transaction as she hasn't allowed enough time for the distribution of the magnets. The time allotted for distribution is 90 days, clearly stated on the SIGNED Invoice Receipt the client at the time of purchase, as we are at the mercy of our sponsors approving their artwork. We strive for excellence and will work with our clients if needed until they are 100% satisfied with the results. Our volunteers have worked extremely hard to manufacture the graphics and safety boards that were being built to bring more business to our client. We ask our participants to be patient as we work diligently with everyone to build a one of a kind, unique ad for our boards. The money she invested was well above worth it. It is clear the client is trying to take advantage of community outreach as she has already received our graphics.

The terms of merchant services, it is against company policy to issue a refund once a dispute has been issued. Apart from the fact the client signed our agreement stating it is non-refundable.

This negative Revdex.com complaint is simply a retaliation to the loss of her Dispute from her credit card company. The Credit Card Company has found in favor of Community Outreach as we are simply providing the service she willingly chose to participate in.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I have still, as of 1:29 pm today 1/4/2019, NEVER received any merchandise from this company. My advertisements were never distributed and this has been verified by Berkeley school district which I called to see if any of the anti bullying boards went out. I also have to this moment never received the proofs that were promised to arrive at my home and if you have any type of proof showing it was mailed out, what date, and who signed for it feel free to provide it.

Per the SIGNED invoice and contract attached in this complaint and viewable below I paid for my magnets on 9/04/2018. I filed to dispute the charges on 12/11/18 after reaching out to your office on several occasions. That means that I DID NOT RECEIVE my promised advertisement within the 90 day promised period.

With one exception, I have never to this day received any return phone calls or email responses to my requests on the location of my advertisements. (No one even answered this dispute for more that 20+ days) Proof I reached out multiple times is also attached below in email print offs that have never been responded to and are in the documents attached.

As of today 1:56 pm I reached out to my bank and spoke to the claims department. They HAVE NOT FOUND in favor of anyone as Community Outreach is still within their time limit to answer the complaint by providing proof the items were sent and received. As of today Community Outreach has not answered the dispute at all. This can be verified by calling the *** dispute center at ***.

My complaint is based on facts and proof. I have my invoice and contract showing the date I paid and when I was to receive my product.

Your answer is based on speculation and slander. Not one document has been submitted by your company showing my purchase was even sent let alone during the correct time period or received.

The advertising I paid for was not what I approved and will not return calls for a refund.
I paid $500 for advertising for magnets that would be distributed to all elementary schools/students in *** county in 2017. I sent them my business card so they could see what I would like for the advertisement, and they sent me an email with what they would send out, and I approved it. A couple of months later I received samples of what was going to go out(attached a copy), and it was not what I had approved. They put my home address on there, squished my picture, and the wording was not readable. I called and told them my complaint/concern and they said that the materials were not sent yet, so I told them I wanted a refund because I don't trust what they will send as an approval. I have called numerous times, and left my name and number for the supervisor, Michael, to call me back, and I still have not heard anything from him. Every time I call I am told he is at lunch, he's in an important meeting, he's away from his desk, and once was told he was just about to call me and to expect to hear back from him shortly. I just want my refund back as I am not having a service performed.

Desired Outcome

I would like to be refunded the $500 I paid for advertising that has not taken place, due to me not trusting the materials that will be going out. I do not want to have to waste any more of my time trying to get a hold of Michael to get a refund. I have other things in life I need to take care of.

I spoke to Adam, the owner, once and he said he would refund me the $500, but I have not received the money and he has not returned ANY of my calls. I have left numerous of messages and still no reply. I'm always told he didn't come in to the office today or he is away and they will leave him my message, otherwise no one answers and I leave a message on the voicemail. I am SO STRESSED that I have to keep calling. PLEASE HELP!!

Product not supplied nor approved before distribution. Named above company will not return our payment.
On 4/4/18 we purchased a dry erase board ad for school children. Many weeks later we received in the mail a sample of the dry erase board. Next to our ad was an ad for guns sales. I spoke with the CEO who agreed with me this wasn't suitable in this situation(recent school shootings) and he would find another advertiser to take the gun advertisers place. Now, many months later (after trying to contact via email and telephone-leaving messages) I was able to make contact and ask about the product or to receive a refund as it has been nearly six months. Michael, the head of advertising (I think)told me he would call me back yesterday after his board meeting and that he would discuss my issue with them and promised me a phone call back within an hour. No phone call back. I called again today and Michael informed me that the Board is not going to give me my money back as the advertising is already "out there." I was promised by the CEO I would see and approve the new advertiser (and sending me a few dozen dry erase boards) before the boards would be given to schools, ***'s, etc. I have never seen any, nor did I approve the new Board. I don't even know what the current Boards look like, much less, if the Boards went to the kids with the Gun ad next to ours which will REALLY upset me if this is the case as I was VERY CLEAR this ad next to ours would put the wrong impression to kids and parents in reflection to our business. I was PROMISED by the CEO this wouldn't happen! At this point, I simply want my money back ($999). When I spoke to Michael yesterday morning, before his Board Meeting, he said there was a check there waiting to be sent to me but it was "Red Flagged" and he didn't know why... so someone, somewhere was ready to send my money back...My Cr is *** as is my invoice number ***. A few contact numbers for Community Outreach are as follows: 800-827-0199, 407-544-3949, 916-512-1220 (this is the one they will answer, most of the time) an he email is [email protected]. They have never responded to any of my emails. In fact, they've never called me back either. I've continually reached out to them. I believe I've been more than patient and I believe the CEO has fell short of his promises as well. Nearly six months holding our money and no product as far as I can tell and IF the Gun ad is next to ours... I don't even know what I can do about that??? Suggestions??? Thank you for your time! I can be reached at *** at any time to further discuss this matter.

Desired Outcome

I want my money back and I want PROOF the gun ad isn't next to our Business IF our Business is even on the Dry Erase Boards. Michael has indicated the Boards are cirulated in the community already... I am praying, as this is everything we DON'T believe in, that the Gun ad isn't next to ours!! I have NO idea if a Dry Erase Board with our name is even out there... no friends or family with school age children have mentioned anything to us and we haven't seen any at the ***...

Attached you will find documents from community outreach proving we have done everything Ms. has asked us to do.

The product I paid for has not been delivered to the schools that was promised. The school district claims to have no involvement with this company.
I got a phone call from a girl claiming to be involved with the Madison School District asking me to sponsor an Anti-Bullying campaign dry erase board that would be delivered to 40,000 kids at all the local public elementary and middle schools. I made my $450 payment during that inital phone call after previewing the website and what the product was going to look like. I worked primarily with Alex O ([email protected]) and was also in touch with the graphics department Direct line: 407-544-3949 EXT 4 to edit the ad I had sent over. I received the proof for the ad and a few weeks after that received 20 of the actual boards in the mail. I was promised 50 boards, so I called, and emailed but never got a response. I asked my teach friends along with friends with kids to let me know when they got my board. No one ever did. I reached out to the school district and they said they aren't aware of any collaboration with this company for Anti-Bullying dry erase boards. No one from this company has gotten back to me regarding who they were working with, so I have concluded I paid for a product that is fake. Please help me get my $450 back.

Desired Outcome

I would like my $450 back.

I did reach out to the local schools after I had already paid and they were not aware of the partnership with Community Outreach. This company posed as the local school district when they solicited my business and when they accepted my form of payment. I demand a refund, and they should not be allowed to do business if they continue to fraudulently pose as local organizations.

Customer Response • Jul 18, 2018

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The bottom line is I know several teaches and kids in Madison schools, and not a single person indicated they received the magnets. Again, I would like a refund.

Community Outreach Partners Response • Jul 18, 2018

Community Outreach never poses as ANY LOCAL ENTITIES. We make it very clear to every customer that we work WITH the local schools and fire departments, never do we pose or say that we are calling from these local federal facilities. We are sorry that the said client has called and hasn't got the answer she needed however if reached out the right person she would have found the information she was looking for. As always stated by community outreach we have a very strict non-disclosure policy with all participating organizations.

I have been volunteering at Community Outreach for the past few years. Not sure really how their campaigns work but they are super nice. I saw them taking out a ton of magnets to be shipped to some schools, so whatever they are doing seems like a good cause!

Ive loved volunteering for community outreach it has made a positive impact on my life being able to help school kids be aware of some of these issues in the community. I feel so blessed to be a part of this team.

Community Outreach although was a little slow at first. Really came through for me and my company. The 12-month program is slow in the beginning but after the first 3 months the amount of phone calls and business just sky rocketed. Kinda hard to reach at times but for the most part this is a very great opportunity to get your name out in the community.

Community Outreach Partners Response • May 14, 2018

love them

On Jan. 23, 2018 Community Outreach sold me life saving magnetic safety boards that was promised to be distributed in 90 days.
Community Outreach is selling a product and not delivering them as promised. I was charged $1,000 for a Life Saving Magnetic Safety Boards, they keep giving excuses for why they are not printed, from we never received the artwork to issues with printing the materials. When I did talk to Michael R, he pulled up the emails from me and says they have all of them. Why did I need to send artwork again? I asked for a refund after more then 90 days passed without the materials being distributed. The contract says it will provide a custom built advertisement in JPEG format which I have not received. They do not answer phone calls, Michael R promised to get an answer from his supervisor concerning the refund and call me back in 30 min. I never received a phone call. I have called repeatedly for him and they say he is out of the office or in a meeting. No response. The Invoice

Desired Outcome

I feel that the company should refund my full amount of $1,000 since they have failed to fill the order in a timely manner and have failed to communicate with me on any delays.

The company sent me a few very cheap magnetic boards, that cost about 10 dollars to produce, they refuse to answer my calls. I have asked that they provide proof of distribution to the schools, no response. This company is ripping off the small business owner and profiting from them. I want a full refund of my $1,000.00 payment.

Community Outreach Partners Response • Jul 18, 2018

Community Outreach has provided Mr. with the product that was exactly described to him. Mr. was also shown our website that showed exactly what Mr. would be receiving. The production of the magnets are done by another company called Alpha Graphics who only use the highest quality UV Coated 14pt stock paper. We are upset to know that Mr. did not like his product and tried to rectify the situation, However since Mr. notified his finical institution this has been referred over to our merchant account and his bank. Also community outreach has a strict non-disclosure policy with all participating organizations.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I never notified my finical institution, and if I had why haven't I been notified by the mechant account or my bank. They are just trying to delay the refund. I want a refund of the $1,000 dollars.

I want to thank Community Outreach for helping generate more business I'm a painter in Flagler county FL and I sponsored the fire safety program in Flagler County it helped me land the biggest contract since I've been in business

This Company preys on companies to advertise on anti bullying campaigns and does not deliver. Local schools are suppose to receive 2,000 plus boards
I signed up with this company on their anti bullying campaign on 12/13/2017. I had communicated with them several times and they never followed through what they said they were going to do. I requested a refund on Jan31,2018 and was told they would be crediting my credit card. I never received the credit. I have called them well over 15 times hung up on and on the phone for hours. They told me that my bank rejected the payment and that it was red flagged. This was not true because they never did give me a credit. I have called 12/31/18, 2/9/18, 2/15/18, 3/9/18, 3/14/18, 3/15/18,3/19/18, 3/20,18, 3/21/19 that I have actually talked to people and left numerous messages. I spoke with the VP Austin and he told me I will not be receiving a refund after they had told me several times that I would be receiving a full credit. The day after they received a letter from the attorney general of Minnesota I received this package overnighted to me at my home address that was signed for by my son with 12 8 1/2 X 11 cardboard anti bullying posters with art work that was not approved by me.This company does not stand by its values and uses schools to raise money for there own profit.

Desired Outcome

Please send refund immediatley

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I do not accept this response from Community outreach. We were told we would receive a full credit because of the Companies inability to communicate on Jan 31,2018. I did not approve any of this artwork and called this company several times. They agreed to give me a refund 1/31/18. I have called several times and they told me they did issue the credit but my bank has red flagged it. I was also told that my School district Minnesota #*** would receive over 2000 copies to their schools. I have called the school district and no artwork was received. No explanation has been given as to where these publications have been delivered to. Also once the company received the Minnesota Attorney Generals Letter I received an overnighted priority mail package to my home address with 12 copies on these marketing materials attached. It is not my intention to steal any artwork. When a Company approaches me and makes promises without delivery it is a problem. I want a detail as to where theses magnet boards are being delivered? what schools are they going to? Are they being delivered to schools in Minnesota school district ***? There response does not address where these publications are going. Also the State of Minnesota did not find in favor of Community Outreach.
Can we get a detail of where these boards have been shipped in Minnesota? I would like to verify delivery with the schools as promised by Community Outreach.

Community Outreach Partners Response • May 08, 2018

After a phone called received by Ms. *** Friday afternoon we tried to rectify the situation. However, after being lied to repeatedly by Ms. *** we were unable to come up with a resolution. Ms. claimed to have never received any magnets from Community Outreach first lie, because Ms. claimed she received the magnets in the Revdex.com Complaint. Then Ms. stated she did not know who any of her clients that were corresponding to and from Community Outreach thus making it difficult to get any direct information to build her ad. All information will prove Community Outreach did everything contracted to do by the client willingly and freely.

We also have a very strict non-disclosure policy with the public schools we donate the materials to as they also have an extremely important job taking care of the children. So we never provide the clients with any contact information to the schools as this has caused a huge problem in the past with schools receiving a multitude of phone calls regarding our program and wasting their time.

Community Outreach is not delivering the magnetic safety boards to all the school students in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania.
On November 7, 2017 Community Outreach called me offering to place an advertising ad on their magnetic safety boards that were going to be distributed to all the school students in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania.
I paid Community Outreach $400 to have an ad placed on their safety boards. Payment was charged to my credit card November 7, 2017.
I started calling Community Outreach February 21, 2018 asking for them which schools had received the safety boards. I spoke with Daniel and Crystal who referred me to the project manager Julliet. I've left messages for Julliet to call me and she hasn't returned any calls.
My local school district in Luzerne County has no knowsledge of Community Outreach and hasn't received any safety boards from Community Outreach.

Desired Outcome

Community Outreach should distribute the safety boards to all the school students of Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. If they are not going to do that they should refund the $400 they charged for the ad.

Community Outreach claimed they would distribute the safety boards to the students in Luzerne County, PA.

They have not done that.

All I have asked from them is to tell me what schools they have sent the safety boards to. There is no evidence they have distributed any of the safety boards.

Customer Response • May 14, 2018

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The list provided by Community Outreach does not include a single school in Luzerne County. As I've said previously they cannot show proof of distributing a single safety board to schools in Luzerne County, PA.

Community Outreach Partners Response • May 14, 2018

We can assure you that we work year round with the public elementary schools and various organizations within Luzerne county to provide this life saving campaign. As Stated previously it is extremely against company policy to release any information of any participating organizations. However my boss has let me provide a couple of organizations who agreed to distribute these magnets. And keep in mind this is a short list and not all will have tracking numbers because we have not shipped to them yet. However it is explained to every sponsor before signing up this is a 12 Month program. Not all magnets go out at one time.
