I signed up 6-14-17. They have promised to deliver 62,000 anti-bully boards to the schools of El Paso County in Colorado Springs. They have not.
They have not provided any proof that they have distributed to product I signed up for back in June 2017. There's only a few months left of school and they have not fulfilled their end of the contract by distributing 62,000 anti-bully flyers to the El Paso County schools. Attached in the proof they sent me. My ad along with the lawyer's ad are pixeled and hard to read. I complained about this to them months ago and they said it would be fixed. I never received the proof in the mail, they said they sent. Conveniently for them, they will not give me the distribution list of schools and dates. Again, no proof they are doing anything other than scamming me for $850. On the paid receipt if says "Non-Refundable" from the moment you give them any payment.
I want my $850 given back to me since they have been giving me false promises. They have provided no proof of a delivered product of 62,000 ads to all of the El Paso County students.

Here at Community Outreach we feel we have done everything possible for the client. We have provided them with an industry exclusive advertisement, a custom JPEG format copy of the client's ad and provided the client with the promised materials. We have proof and as well submitted by client that they have received the materials. Also at the bottom of every invoice we inform the client that this is a non-refundable transaction with the last 4-digits of their provided card number. We also have a very strict non-disclosure policy with the public schools we donate the materials to as they also have an extremely important job taking care of the children. So we never provide the clients with any contact information to the schools as this has caused a huge problem in the past with schools receiving a multitude of phone calls regarding our program and wasting their time.
Ms. sent us her artwork as well as all information she would have liked to see on her ad. We built her own custom ad as well got her approval or the artwork prior to printing. When we had received a call from Ms. stating that it was pixelated and non legible. We attempted to fix the situation however Ms. decided to reach out to her Financial institution and not provide us time to correct the situation. Attached will be the Full color resolution of the full board and her ad to prove there was nothing wrong with the printing of the boards.
Regarding the clients request for a refund we firmly believe that the said client is trying to walk away with artwork from our company without any proper compensation for the time and effort put into this life saving campaign. We employ a team of graphic artists to build each sponsor a full color high resolution advertisement to be displayed on the safety boards. We provided each sponsor with a box of complementary safety board's. In order to provide our sponsors with effective advertising we make every advertisement on each board exclusive for their industry. Also the main distribution for this county has already began and thousands of magnets have already been distributed to the surrounding areas.
Please advise the above and take into the consideration that Community Outreach has been in business for over 3 years and has only had 9 Revdex.com Complaints. We take our job very seriously and work very hard for our clients to provide the best service possible we are very sorry to hear that this occasion has occurred and will make necessary changes to prevent this from happening in the future.

False advertising, not delivered product
On 5-26-17 I was contacted by Community Outreach to be featured on Safteyboards for all Allen County elecmentary schools. They were not done nor did I receive the 10 I was promised. Want refund of $850. I tried contacting them and got different story each time I called as to why they weren't done yet.
I want my credit card credited the amount of $850.00 I paid.

This client was contacted in regards to her specific campaign on August 14th. Sponsors are made aware this is a 12 month campaign and Distribution may take anywhere from 60-90 days depending on how quickly our participants approve their artwork for the boards.
Very clearly in her Invoice Receipt it states this is a non-refundable transaction after our 7 day rescind policy.
I addressed all of her concerns within said email and made our privacy policy known as well for our participating organizations that hand out our materials. It is obvious this particular customer is lacking patience. Not every sponsor can approve their graphics as quickly as this client and we do update every customer as new information comes in.

I have copy of email of 8-14-17 and no where does she say it will take 60-90 days for distribution. She states: Thank you so much for contacting Community Outreach. My name is ***, and I am with the Customer Service Department. It looks like you have some questions/ comments regarding our services.
As it stands right now for Allen County, our campaign is running smoothly. We are waiting on one final sponsor to submit an approval and once we receive that, they will immediately start production. You will receive a jpeg of the completed boards to this email once we send them to production to do with as you please. This is how you will know distribution for your county has begun.
I was told with the original order that I would also receive list of schools who would be receiving these boards. When I checked on 8-14-17 the story now was they can't disclose that info. I would not have agreed to ordering this board without verification. Also never received by boards as was also promised when I placed the order. I want my refund as they did not do what they had presented to me. Also tried contacting customer service department this week (9-24-17) and no one returned my call.

Replying to Adam Macker President response regarding my complaint. All I asked was for verification of order was sent out to schools since now you say you can't disclose where it was sent to. I was told at the time of the order that I would receive a list, so your sales department is not telling the truth. I did finally received samples of material 5 months AFTER I paid not the 60-90 days as promised. Also your remark regarding
trying to steal your artwork is defamation. I advertise with numerous businesses and use their artwork which they supply. You need to remove this remark!

We never start a county project without having at least 75% of the schools and or fire departments agreeing to hand out the donated materials.
I paid this company $850 to the in one of their promotional items in the schools and now they are not answering the calls. Not product was delivered.

I want my money back. Seems like a scam and not products will be delivered.

Community Outreach is based out of Volusia County Florida, and was recently effected by Hurricane Irma. With that being said we only just regained power to our building. Our customer service department has been in constant communication with this client in regards to their purchase via email, [email protected] .
Included to this response is screen shots of our DATED conversations; this puts the customers claims to rest.
She is to expect her delivery within 2 weeks and an automatic email from usps with a tracking number for her complimentary safetyboards as expected via her sponsorship.
