Thanks for taking such great care of my vehicle this morning, no appointment very frustrated and Drew just jumped in to relieve my issues and made them his. After he solved the problem had me relaxed and back on the road with in an hour. What a team at this location.

Outstanding customer service; friendly, helpful, and took care of the problem. Reasonably priced. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks to Jason as well, who was extremely helpful. Also, the employees who did the service work; fast, and efficient.

Community Tire is always obliging professional and always has an appointment open for a last-minute I really appreciate them and they are very very nice people thank you their prices are reasonable and I always feel very comfortable and confident when they're done with my car

Community Tire provided excellent customer service and gave me great advice on what tires best fit my car. I would recommend doing business with them.

Truly great experience! Needed a tire (maybe 4) replaced. When I walked in, was greeted warmly by "J.C." and made to feel comfortable with no "high pressure" sales pitch. Manager "Sissy" took over, put car on lift, showed me the problem with 2 tires, said the other 2 did not need replacement. Replacement was done in short time and Sissy reviewed their extensive "after care" policies at checkout. Later found out two friends of mine have been long-time customers, declaring they get better service at Community than at their dealership. Highest recommendation!

Last week had electrical work done in order to pass emission - $700. This week my air compressor went out (yep right before 118 weekend) for another $600. You would think I'd be bitter spending $1,300 in 7 days time, but the consideration, care and concern shown by Lorenzo, the mechanic who worked on my car, and especially Kris Gordon made all the difference. Kris hits a 10 on the empathy scale and I am so appreciative of all the efforts she made on my behalf. Thank you, Community Tires.

I TOOK MY 94 DODGE TO THE LOCATION BY METRO CENTER. THE GUYS WERE ALL VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. MY TRUCK WAS OLD AND TIRED. THEY WENT THROUGH AND SPENT A FEW HOURS ON DIAGNOSING THE ISSUES I HAD AND VERY HONEST WITH ME SAID IT ISN'T WORTH THE MONEY TO FIX. THEY DIDN'T CHARGE ME ANYTHING AND NORMALLY THERE IS A FEW FOR DIAGNOSTICS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS.

My initial experience with Community Tire Pros & Auto Repair was the highlight of my day. Not only were my concerns and issues were appropriately were addressed in a professional manner but I received adequate services without the typical "care salesman" treatment. This organization appeared to genuinely care about the welfare of their customers as they exemplify their motto "We advise, You decide". I am appreciative of all their assistance and time management. As a first time consumer, I would recommend their services to many others who would appreciate effective and inexpensive auto services. Thank you Sean for your all your help it is greatly appreciated

My daughter and I had car trouble about 2 months ago. We were in her car, which was over heating. We just happened to find Community Tire Pros. It was almost closing time, and we ran into the building and said,"we need help." I explained what the car was doing. The catch was, we had to get back to Tuscon, AZ, that night, because my daughter had 3 Dr.'s appointments the next day. (she recently had a double-lung transplant) Jason Douglas, loaned his personal car, to us, to drive back to Tuscon. We left her car, to be repaired. To make a long story short, Jason called, the next day, to tell me what was wrong, with my daughter's car. We picked her car up, on Friday, the next day. It had been the fan belt assembly. Community TIre Pros did an excellent job, on her car. Jason Douglas, and all the employees there were very caring and very personable! We don't know what we would have done without Jason! I highly recommend this business for all your automobile needs!

If you want to spend $$$$ on auto repairs that you may or may not have actually needed…definitely visit this Community Tire Pros & Auto Repair ([redacted])!!
I dropped my car off at this Community Tire Pros & Auto Repair to have my front brakes serviced and to install a new set of headlights (raxiom chrome projector dual ccfl halos…which I was very excited about).
An hour later I received a call with a laundry list of repairs that needed to be done to my car as determined by their thorough inspection of my car (which I didn't ask for and actually told them no, I didn't need that). I told them that I would take their list under advisement and authorized only the front brakes, rotors and installation of the headlights.
A few hours later I received a call from the shop…"I have bad news" she said. While my car was in their shop, coincidently a seal on the rack and pinion burst (#1 on their laundry list from the thorough inspection of my car), they didn’t feel it was safe for me to drive my car, and they would loan me their shop car for the weekend and make the repairs to my car on Monday at a total cost of $1200.00! Now, I may be a girl…but I know when something is wrong with my car. I knew I needed front brakes…but there was no leak prior to pulling into that shop…not even a drip…as evidenced by my clean garage floor!
I cannot definitively say how or why this happened to my car…but I now needed a new rack and pinion…the repairs needed to be done…but they would not be done by Community Tire Pros & Auto Repair…I had my car towed from this garage to my former garage.
The situation remains suspicious in my mind and the service and integrity of this shop raises red flags…and all I was doing was looking for an honest, reputable, convenient garage to become my home. Thanks, but no thanks Community Tire Pros & Auto Repair!

The service at Community Tire Pros on I-17 and Peoria was excellent. The people behind the counter were very courteous and they did not start any of the work on my car before to confer with me first. They told me exactly what needed to be done which I knew already and they did not add any other work. They did what needed to be done and no more at an equitable price in comparison with other car repair shop. I recommend them to my friends.

A company is not anything without great employees who care as well as service behind their name. You definitely get that with Community Tire Pros. Both [redacted] (Manager at [redacted] store) and [redacted] go over and beyond what you would expect from a store. I was having issues with my tires on a branch new vehicle. The road noise was driving me nuts. I decided to check out Community Tire and so glad I did. They treated me like I was their only customer. I got new 22 inch tires and didn't like them and they have a 30 day ride window. I decided to get smaller tires and rims and that solved the issue. [redacted] and [redacted] had excellent communication skills throughout the process, kept me in formed and the most important factor, honest!. You should not go anywhere else but Community Tire. Amazing service and quality. Customer for life.

Review: I brought my 2004 Mustang convertible into Community Tire Pros and Auto Repair for an oil change. When the technician did a basic look over I was told I needed struts, front end alignment and tire balancing, tires rotated, serpentine belt replacement and complete fluid flush for all fluids. The technician stated, as well as my receipt, that I had internally loose struts and a new camber replacement. I paid for all the recommended work and authorized them to do whatever it took to bring the car back up to manufacture standards. The car did pull a little to the right before my decision to bring the vehicle for an oil change. On this date the cost was 1333.36. After picking up the vehicle 10 hours later 6pm, the specified time was at 11 am for pick up the car still pulled to the right and actually felt worse on pick up. I called the company that day and told the clerk the problem had not been fixed and they asked for the vehicle to be brought back in. I did return 10 days later to turn the car in. They checked and worked on it for 2 hrs while I waited in the lobby. Again they said problem fix and that something was loose, unspecified what. I drove the car home and it ran well for 30 mins then returned to its worsen state. I called returned the car back in and one of the technicians tested the car for 20 miles stated the car was fine. It was not, I spoke to the tech, brought the car in 9/20 and 9/30 as well as 10/09 with the same problem and worse, the car still has not been fixed my money has not been refunded they just sent me home and said there was nothing they could do. I brought my vehicle to another mechanic who stated I over paid for everything and all it needed was tires. The car is fine now.Desired Settlement: 1333.86 full refund

Response:

Information provided by client is inaccurate.

On Friday September 20th, 2013….

Client brought the vehicle in for an “alignment check”, not for an oil change as aforementioned by the client. Client’s issue was the vehicle was “pulling to the left”. Client added oil change after the fact.

Client was informed upon inspection of the alignment that the front struts were internally loose and weak. The “factory” adjustments for “camber” and “caster” would not be enough to bring the vehicle back into factory specifications. Therefore, the technician recommended aftermarket camber/caster alignment adjustment kits. These kits allow technicians to get the extra adjustment that the “factory” or “Ford Motor Co.” in this case allows from the birth of the vehicle. The struts had “excessive lateral play” and would require removal in order to install the adjustment kits that were recommended. Therefore, it was to the client’s advantage to replace the struts at this time in order to save the labor costs in the future.

On Thursday, October 10th, 2013….

Client brought vehicle in complaining that the vehicle was “wandering”, pulling both right and left. This is a much different complaint than the first complaint on 9/20/2013 (pulling to the left). Both complaints were documented on the invoice by our service advisors, which is standard procedure (invoice available if needed).

On this occasion, our technician found several issues during the inspection. The “lower control arm bushings” although still intact, were “cracking” and deformed. Therefore, under load the lower control arms can move and change handling characteristics. Therefore, we decided to replace these bushings at no charge to satisfy our client. This repair would have cost $677.64, of which the client paid $0.00. After replacing the bushings we had rectified the “wandering”, however the vehicle now had a “slight” drift to the left. After rotating the tires, the drift issue was resolved as well.

Client was informed that they needed 2 tires which were worn from the previous alignment issues that we had now repaired for them (ref inv#6001302 available if needed). Client declined tires at this time.

In closing, we replaced the control arm bushings in an effort to keep this client happy. Please understand we were dealing with client’s daughter and not the originator of this complaint. We would be more than willing to sit down with the client and go through this whole process with him, so we both understand what has happened. At that time, if client still feels he has been abused, we will find a way to rectify it.

Thank you for your consideration,

[redacted].

Horribly dishonest people!! I originally went to them because I had purchased a Groupon for an oil change. They ended up changing my radiator hose and cap (100 dollars), which they said was leaking. The moment I drove away, my car started overheating when I turned on the A/C (which had never happened before). I took it back in, and they informed me that a fan was not working (it "coincidentally" stopped working immediately after I took my car in the first time) and then told me that it would be 300 dollars to fix it. I'm a girl who knows nothing about cars; I expect to be taken advantage of a little bit when it comes to cars but this was RIDICULOUS. (Really? Three hundred dollars to pay for something you CLEARLY broke?) Horrible, horrible people.

Review: I went to Community Tire Pros ([redacted]) on Monday, August 19, 2013, because I had purchased a [redacted] for an oil change. I let them know that I had put water in my radiator reservoir because it seemed to be empty and they ended up changing my radiator hose and cap (100 dollars), which they said was leaking (I approved this before they did it). The moment I drove away, my car started overheating when I turned on the A/C (which had never happened before). I took it back in on Monday, August 26, 2013, and they informed me that an engine fan was not working; it stopped working immediately after I took my car in the first time which [redacted], the manager, insisted was a "coincidence" (statistically unlikely!) and then told me that it would be 300 dollars to fix it. I declined further services, making it clear that I was not about to pay them to fix something they had broken (either accidentally or maliciously) and left.Desired Settlement: Fix what they broke.
