I love my Subaru....BUT... big BUT ....
I picked up my new Subaru Crosstrek on 5/28/20... and left my Audi 2017 assured to be returned by the lease expiration date to the Audi dealer ( across the street) by 6/23/20, It was returned to Audi on 7/1/20, incurring a $110.25 post maturity fee. Despite multipule calls to Competition Subaru...no one has returned my call. Clearly this is an oversight the part of Compettion Subaru, but I want reimbursement of $110,25. Please help me resolve this!

On August **,I left a voice message for *** *** to contact me regarding this matterI did not receive a return call but I was able to contact him late in the day on August ***We discussed the details of his complaint and reviewed the rental charges in questionI requested a copy of his
rental agreement and it displayed a daily rate of $When I questioned the rate I was told that *** *** rented a Cadillac ATSI explained that *** charges dealerships a daily rate of $and that we did not authorize him to rent a luxury car. I offered what I felt to be a fair resolution , we would reimburse him $140.00(days @ $35.00) and a credit for the balance of his out of pocket expense of $to use for future service at Competition Subaru.*** *** said that he would like to think it over and agreed to call me the next day ( August ***)I did not receive a return call and recalled him on August *** I left another voice mail requesting a return call. *** *** has yet to return my call. It's unfortunate that Mr. Vincent M[redacted] is continuing to lie in his response to this complaint.  I have attached a PDF portfolio.  It shows my fax correspondence as well as pictures of the vehicle that they STILL have listed online showing the headrests and floor mats in the vehicle which do not presently exist.  They are still advertising this vehicle for sale under false pretenses.  I had to call the dealership on the 3rd of March to ask for my reimbursement and was told it had NOT been processed.  Mr. Vincent M[redacted] is stating that they issued it on the [redacted], which is again a lie.  I have attached copies of my bank statements proving otherwise.  Also, your statement that I got loud is misconstrued as I was simply defending my stance against your very aggressive Sales Manager, Matt C[redacted].
