7 Years later call for outstanding bill sent to wrong address
Today 9/8 I Received a voicemail from this company -the person I talked to said biotincomplex.com - which isn't a website at all. I then asked how they began shipping this product from an order in 2015 that was canceled to my old address (I haven't even lived in the same state in 4 years). They would say it was the address you provided us - I repeatedly asked them for a way to prove that they were who they say they were as I'm not paying a bill of $300 with a threat to turn me into a collection agency "to ruin my credit" they then said they sent an email. No email came up with the email address the person gave me. Eventually, I found the email from 2015 under a completely different business name. They also gave me a customer service number that doesn't match the business name either. They did say they were "taking care of me by canceling my subscription" but of course, this was from 7 years ago - canceled long ago - If they are even real - then I must concur that they just decided to start my subscription again?

Complaint Details
I just recently had some activity that overdrew my bank account unexpectedly. I went into my bank to inquire about it and they gave me a printout of my bank activity which shows that I have a charge from "Legendary Beard Company" which I have NEVER EVER signed up with or even heard of before. I'm a single woman with no man in my life - the last thing that I would be purchasing is beard products! I dont know how these people got my info AND apparently set up what looks like a recurring monthly debit of $89.99 out of my account which has overdrawn my account and cost me a bunch of money that I dont even have. I tried calling the number on my bank printout listed next to their business name (877-917-2233) and it was disconnected! How am I supposed to remedy this problem if there is no way to contact them for customer service support? I just want my name removed from their database completely and want my bank account credited for the amount of $89.99 that they have taken without my consent!!!

I want the 89.99 refunded to my bank account ASAP and I want no further contact with this business, whoever they are!!!

89.99 was taken out of my account by this company on 02/14/2019 as shown in attached photo. Since I have filed this complaint, now another $89.99 has been taken from my account which has resulted in yet ANOTHER $37.00 overdraft charge. In total, this shady company has cost me over $250.00!! I am a low-income single mother who struggles financially and this is NOT acceptable.

I ordered the products that I saw on Facebook and received them No where in the literature I received did it say it would bill me the full cost unless I contacted them within days I think they are being extremely underhanded Apparently it's listed on their terms and conditions on the website in small print I contacted them and they did cancel the automatic order, but I'm still liable for the full (very expensive) costShe didn't let me get a word in edgewise and just hung up on me once she was finished talking Very rude, definitely not customer focused - stay far away from this company!

The website form says it only cost and when I received the to bottles and the packing slip was the only things in the box and no where did it say I had or days to cancel or I would be charged for both bottlesThank God I checked the Revdex.com review, which explained the way they mislead youI quickly called and was told the was just for shipping and the bottles were eachI said I wanted cancel I was offered an extension of time to try the product outI said no, then I was offered 30% off, I said no, then I was offer to only pay 19.95, I said no I want to return the bottles and informed her that I had read the Revdex.com review, I was put on hold and then told my account was closed and I will not be charged anything as long as I return them back in days

I placed an order for magetique - hair growth pills. Received the pills on 12/24. I have 14 days to cancel the pills, as I have a 14 day trial period.

I have read multiple negative reviews about this company where people cannot get through to them, they charge the credit card the $99.95 even after cancelling during the trial period and refuse to refund it, etc.

Desired Outcome

a phone number or e-mail to cancel my subscription within my 14 day trial period.

Customer tried ordering the product on 12/21/18. I can only find two orders for this customer. One order is for $1.95 which has been refunded and the second order is for $4.95 which was declined and never processed. I am not sure what she is requesting since she is out 0.00 funds and has not received any product to return. If the customer ordered under a different name/order number I will need that since I cannot find anything other than what I have listed and attached.

What bothers me is that they sent me a product with a packing slip and that slip had ALL bad information. I have attached a copy for your reference. I even tried calling the out of country number and that too was disconnected.

I was able to speak with them today and was able to resolve my issue.

The most recently received packing slip shows order # XXXXXXXX dated 12/8/2012 and reference number XXXXXXX for SKU#MAGBOTIN. Description Magnetique: Hair Growth Lot#TXXXXXX. No invoice was sent. Last week I was also sent skin care products. All attempts to contact them have failed. There was customer crs listed that were answered by a recorded voice that the number is not in service. Email did not go through and toll free number was missing a number listed as 1-800-121972

Desired Outcome

I would like sending of products discontinued as well as billing stopped and refund issued

Customer begin ordering product on 11/4. All of her charges have been charged back or refunded and she has received 5 separate products without return. I have attached her orders so you can see that all funds have been returned either via refund or chargeback.

"Free trial offer" turns into expensive subscription. No verfication step with online order to cancel add-on products
On December 10, 2018 I was interested in a free trial offer for Magnetique Hair Growth vitamins and agreed to pay shipping and handling ($4.95). As I was entering my card information and clicking through, two other products were automatically added to my order with no chance to cancel. There was no confirmation step, no receipt email. I wasn't even sure the order went through as not even my browser would return to the page. Immediately after this, my credit card fraud department called to verify if I had done this transaction. They told me I could dispute after the charge hit which was three days later, late enough for the product to be shipped. Since that time I learned they automatically enroll you in a subscription at about 200% of the initial cost.

I began a credit card dispute for the charges, which came from three different companies: LegendaryBeardCo.com, TheHunkMart.com, and TotalHeadLooks.com. All provided phone numbers which were disconnected. I emailed immediately and said I did not want any of the products and wished to cancel everything.

As of December 15, the charges from The HunkMark.com were refunded. On December 15 I also received two packages from P. O. Box 29014, Phoenix, AZ, with Hair Growth and Clear Skin vitamins.

There is a website (magnetiquehealth.com) which claims to have a cancellation page if you no longer want your subscription. I tried those phone numbers and was booted out of the phone system before I could leave a message, even though the website said I was within business hours. The phone call did greet me by name and said my order was cancelled. The phone numbers on the product bottle were also disconnected. When I went through the cancellation process on the website, it claimed my order numbers were not associated with my email: Numbers XXXXXXXX and XXXXXXXX. There is no business name on either packing slip.

Cancellation of all present and future charges and no further shipments

There has been no contact from the company as of January 7, but the credit card charges have been reversed.

I came across an ad on Facebook regarding hair growth, and there was a "free" trial. You just had to pay S&H. There were no terms and conditions there
On 10/6/18, I cam across an ad on Facebook regarding hair growth vitamins. I went to go purchase the shipping and handling for the "free" trial. It then made other items go into the cart and ended up being a purchase of 2 shipping and handling. Basically, $9. Well, today (10/24/18) I was charged an extra $89.99 with no notification that this was going to take place. I never received confirmation numbers about the free trial, and never received information that this was going to be taken out of my account about 2 weeks later. I called and canceled the subscription, and told them, I was not aware of this and that they need to provide that information. I never got a receipt for the trial, and never got an email or phone call that I was going to be paying this amount. Nor was there terms and conditions on their website. I even tried to cancel the subscription when they kept trying to add other things into my account. There was no way on their ad to do this, and I was still charged. The representative on the phone (unknown name- couldn't understand it) just kept telling me it was on the page and I did see them, when it all actuality it should have been. There was no information provided for the terms and conditions, nor any kind of verification of a monthly subscription. And I should know that any time a company takes anything out of your bank account, there is always an email.

I would like the other 50% of my money returned as there was no information provided to me. I am sending the product back.

I have had the exact thing happen. Before I opened the bottles I e-mailed the company at [email protected] to advise them before I opened the bottles I did not want to be enrolled in any auto renewal program. Of course there was no return e-mail. Now I am seeing a charge to my credit card for $89.99 from a company called "Best Faces". I have no clue who that is. I am also finding that the Complete Beauty phone numbers are disconnected. When I called Best Faces she advised me that she would cancel but I still owe the $89.99 PER BOTTLE! since it has been past the 14 days. I e-mailed the company the day I received the shipment. The crazy thing is that their were not enough funds on my credit card but they shipped it to me anyway! Dealing with 2 shifty companies.

This is so upsetting to find my card was charge twice, because two bottles that I order stated that each bottle was $4.95. Never did I see a statement that said keep the bottles and they would charge me full price. If that was the case I wouldn't have bought the two bottles for $4.95 and keep my money. $89.99/ $88.99
It sad because it states that someone is available 24/7 and no to that...I'm out almost $200 dollars because of this company. I could have used it for my sons school clothes.

The telephone number listed to cancel the order has not worked in weeks. It's written all over the intenet in reviews.
I ordered the trial version on magenitque some weeks ago. When I received the supplements the bottle was dirty inside the package and I felt it was unsafe to take. I tried calling the 844 number listed for weeks afterwards to receive a message that's the number was "not in service" after the company tried for a 6th time to charge my card they were able to make a withdraw although I was unable to contact them requesting cancellation. When I finally spoke with someone after weeks and weeks of trying Danielle ID#XXXXXX was completely rude and refused to allow me to speak to a manager siteing that it would take another two hours before I was able to speak with her manager.

I would like the 44.99 returned to my account. I never opened the bottle of supplements because the bottle was soiled when I opened it from it's shipping package.
