I just built a very large ranch style house on a concrete slab, and the builder refused to put down real hardwood floors Complete Flooring Service came in and installed for 3/inch hardwood floors for me They cleaned the concrete slab and glued the floors down They did a great job With the floors being glued down, they are very solid and don't squeak or give The floors look great I could not imagine a better job being done

Our Exercise Room suffered extensive damaged from flooding caused by a broken pipe Part of the repair involved replacement of the floor covering Mr*** promptly visited our facility to give us an estimate for the work we had in mind Over several visits he made suggestions that involved better materials, but still could stay within our budget He kept us informed about progress in locating suppliers and delivery dates
The crew that installed the new flooring did an outstanding job It was performed expertly, rapidly, and was followed by a thorough cleanup

*** came out to my home and assessed my staircaseI had carpet on of my stairs and wanted to put hardwood treads to match the part of my staircase that was hardwoodHe came out,gave me a quote, and got back with me on when they could schedule the job

I recently purchased my first home and made the decision to install hardwood throughout The downstairs and upper floor hallway already had original engineered hardwood that I was hoping to match I spoke to *** at CFS and he agreed to come and take a look at the floor
On initial meeting, *** was friendly and helpful The original floor was determined to be hickory and he gave options for matching I was unsure of which to choose and ultimately took his advice, choosing the lighter of the three choices because I was told it would blend the best with the existing floor
***'s team arrived the next week I was having the house interior repainted so they were delayed slightly I was off that day and arrived at the house 3-hours after they had begun The floor that they were applying upstairs was noticeably different from the downstairs and upper hallway When I mentioned this the lead installer said that he had noticed that and asked if I wanted them to stop At this point, they were almost finished and I felt obligated to allow them to continue but questioned why I hadn't been called to inspect this prior to the entire floor going down This portion of the installation cost $
I spoke with *** regarding my concern with the mismatch I was asked "what I wanted him to do about it" and told that I had "made the decision as to what floor was installed." Although this was true, I trusted his experience and advice to make that decision I asked what it would be to replace the upper hallway and was told it would be $ I agreed so that the upper floor matched completely
Two weeks later (I was told it would be sooner) an installer put in the hallway on a Saturday morning When I went to inspect the work that evening, I found damage to our recently painted walls (paint scratches, damage to the dry wall, and the trim had not been painted properly and damaged in a few areas) I called *** and voiced my concern and was told that "no one is perfect" and his guys "do the best they can." He then stated that he would send a painter on Monday to which I told him I would hire our original painter and take the expense out of the $for the second set of flooring I was told that he had given me a "great deal" and that he would be losing money if I did this Sorry sir, not my problem
Overall, I felt taken advantage of by Complete Flooring Service and will not recommend them moving forward There are areas of the floor that are markedly lighter and darker than other areas and their attention to detail is poor
