[redacted], the owner, provided a detailed quote for installing, sanding and sealing new floors in our bedroom, closet and upstairs walkway. [redacted] took the time to explain the process, how his team stands behind any and all work and provides quality work and products.

The team of workers that completed the installation and finished product did an amazing job. Our new wood floors seamlessly meet up with the existing hardwood and the quality of work was superb. Based on the look of our new floors, we are now hiring them to completely sand down, stain and seal our existing floors as the quality of work makes our current floors not look so great (actually our existing floors look horrible compared to the new ones). Glad to know there is a business that provides quality work and employees who complete jobs as though it was their home.

For the first time in the five years we've lived here, we feel great about this part of our house. We love our floors and the craftsmanship with which they are installed. Their work was excellent and done on schedule. Have recommended them to others already. Details below.

We contracted them to install hardwood flooring upstairs to match our downstairs, which had been done by another contractor years ago. They were on schedule all the time and accommodated my shifting shift work. The quality of work was beyond expectations. Specifically, the work they did looks so much better than the work downstairs in that they went to great lengths to stagger the wood pieces so that there is a great mix of tones and board lengths. Their shoe molding and piece fitting is precise even in the back of our closets. I'm told that our boards are among the hardest to cut (acacia 3/4") but that didn't seem to deter them. The work involved lifting and reseating two toilets, which they did. I even asked them to help take some squeaks out of the other contractor's job and they did. I stayed home for most of the work and enjoyed getting to know the people who were in my house and grew to trust them to have access and work without me home.

The owner is very professional and easy to work with. We have one more job for him in this house and will be calling on him again.

I just built a very large ranch style house on a concrete slab, and the builder refused to put down real hardwood floors. Complete Flooring Service came in and installed for 3/4 inch hardwood floors for me. They cleaned the concrete slab and glued the floors down. They did a great job. With the floors being glued down, they are very solid and don't squeak or give. The floors look great. I could not imagine a better job being done.

We are very satisfied with the service received. Work was done in a timely manner. Workers were pleasant , competent, and put the customer first. Wood floors are beautiful and we will use this company to install carpet also.

Complete Flooring did a very good job on our hardwood flooring installation. They were on time everyday, completed the job quickly, did very good work and cleaned up all materials after each day and at the completion of the job. Excellent service and helped move our furniture to places and helped return the furniture after the job was complete. Overall very nice work and very nice people. Very happy with the job they did for us!

Complete Flooring gave me a reasonable quote and did a terrific job refinishing the hardwood in my home. Some of the wood even had to be replaced because the stains were so bad. They also replaced the quarter rounds along the floors and painted the baseboards. They were very responsive, efficient, and professional. I definitely recommend Complete Flooring for flooring services.

We had Complete Flooring remove carpet and install engineered hardwood in living room, dining room and master bedroom. Installation crew arrived on time each day and were very friendly and helpful. Installation began two days after contract was agreed upon. The crew were hard workers and very competent. We were surprised and very pleased how quickly they completed the job. We are very satisfied with the installation. Had one very small problem but they were back the next day and immediately and thoroughly took care of the very small problem. We highly recommend this company, they are trustworthy, competent, and experienced.
