Best contractor we have ever hired I appreciated how prompt they were in returning calls, emails, texts to discuss each step of the project along with example pictures The workers were extremely professional and their attention to detail was exactly what was needed for the project The project included a concrete slab on a slight slope for a hot tub, x cedar pergola with Timbertech decking, and stain the pergola It turned out EXACTLY as we had envisioned Not one issue through the entire process I highly recommend these guys and will use them again if we have a need

In May 2018, Complete Home Improvements screened my porch and built a wooden deck and pergola over an existing hexagonal patioThis was a challenging shape, but the project was completed skillfully with the utmost professionalism [redacted] and [redacted] fulfilled the requirements by bringing their experience and creativity to the project During the work, they were very careful around my property, cleaning up the worksite daily and they restored the adjacent areas to their original condition upon completion I highly recommend this company

We hired Complete Home Improvements to remodel our Master Bath and Guest BathThe renovation for the Master Bath was extensiveAdditional our utility room, kitchen, and sun room were tiled by Complete Home ImprovementsDuring the renovation, my wife had to have unexpected and severe surgeryDuring this time, Mr [redacted] (Complete Home Improvements owner) continued the work and even brought his spouse in on a Sunday to move a number of books out of our numerous book casesWe are extremely happy with the renovation and also with Mr [redacted] and his company He has a work ethic that is hard to find in larger companies, his advice is always spot on and the work is first rateI can honestly not say enough good things about this company, it is exceptional

Justin Mjust completed remodeling my Dad's bathroom tub/shower enclosure to a tiled walkin shower with grab bars and sliding shower head and wandHe did a superior job! Complete Home Improvements demo'd our existing 18x18-foot deck and built a new 60x18-foot deck second story deck. Installed steel support posts and all composite decking including hidden fasteners. Installed an under-decking using dryspace material. Installed new gutters. Installed a new exterior door and replaced the old siding and trim around the door. All work has been inspected and meets or exceeds code. We started planning our backyard remodel in September 2015. [redacted] came over to look/estimate the job. It was a large job with specialized materials, so it took about a week to get an estimate. He did keep me informed on why it was taking so long to get the estimate. As the homeowner, I got the building permit, but he took care of getting all the inspections as required. I was worried about getting the permit as I had never done that before, but the process was painless. I was in and out of the inspectors office in under 15 minutes as [redacted] provided everything they needed. We had several other projects to complete before he started to demo and build in late May 2016 - septic, fence, pool. The original estimate was 3-4 weeks to complete the work. We kept [redacted] in the loop throughout the other projects. He was always very responsive to my calls and emails. I find email the best way to keep in touch with him as both of our schedules are pretty hectic. Once we were about 1 month away from starting the project, [redacted] came back out to the house and finalized project details and put us on his schedule. He started when he said he would. We had a few delays due to weather and availability of some specialty materials. None of these delays were too long or unexpected for a project of this size. The project was completed 11 July 2016. It took right at 6 weeks. We did have a one week pause to get another contractor to pour concrete at the onset of the job and a week delay with special order railings at the end of the job. [redacted] and his crew are very meticulous about the details. He made certain that I was satisfied with the work along the way. We made some changes during the process and he was always very responsive to our requests. He did not nickel and dime us with change costs, but we were very specific about paying for changes that we did not originally contract for. The job site was left clean every day. The crew was exceptionally respectful of my property. They all were responsive to my questions when I was home during the project. They made sure I was happy with the work. We got a total of 5 estimates for the job. [redacted] was the least expensive but we are very pleased with the result. [redacted] will tell you he does not want money up front. You will get a detailed line-by-line bill of the work. Because of the size of the job and the cost of the specialized materials, we decided to make payments every quarter of the way through the project.

We had Justin and Complete Home Improvements remove rotten siding and trim and replace all of it with rot proof materialsThey also replaced all front porch columns with rot proof columns and replaced all gutters and down spouts
Justin and his crew did an outstanding job replacing all of our siding and trim with the rot proof materials of our choosingHe went above and beyond by correcting many issues left by the original contractor that built the house with substandard materials and poor workmanshipJustin is very professional and obviously cares a great deal about the quality of his work and his reputation in the businessI would definitely use Justin and Complete Home Improvements again on my next major project

James, Jake, and the rest of their crew did an absolutely amazing job remodeling our master bath and guest bathroomThe guys did a complete gut of the master bathroomThey removed old tile, double vanity, jacuzzi tub, and walk in showerThey added two new walls, sheet rocked, and moved the toilet locationThey installed over square feet of new tile, a frame less shower door, and new double vanityThey installed new base board and shoe molding, painted, and caulked every seamIn the guest bathroom they removed square feet of linoleum and installed new tile and base boardThe guys did all the work themselves without subcontracting anythingThe work took a total of days which was fantastic for a job this sizeI am very pleased with both the work and the way the guys did the workThey kept everything as clean as possible (its constructionthere will be dust) and cleaned up everything at the end of each dayThere was no loud music, profanity, or other problems that homeowners are forced to deal with when remodelingThe price was fair and exactly what I was expecting for a job this sizeThe price was comparable to others that quoted the job

Justin Mooneyhan is an excellent, honest, and trustworthy contractor He has worked at my home twice and I have been very satisfied with his work His pricing is exceptionally fair and the quality of his work exceeds expectations The most recent work was to tear down an old Pergola and replace it with a much nicer one He was fast, efficient, and actually took care of a few other problems he noticed while working here I highly recommend him

Justin and his crew did everything he said he would and moreAND even though he did a few extra things that he noticed needed attention as he was working, it did not cost any more than the original estimateI couldn't be happier with the quality of work and timeliness of completion

Justin and his team did an amazing job on our bathroom remodel The communication from start to finish was the best experience we've had When we met initially he gave us an approximate date of when they could start the work and they started exactly when they said they would Along the way he helped us make decisions and gave suggestions when needed The quality of the work they did is flawless, they laid a lot of tile for us and it all looks perfect We had them replace our old, outdated master shower with a beautiful new tile shower and tiled the floor They tiled another bathroom floor as well They smoothed out our textured walls, which now look beautiful Our budget did not allow also replacing the sink/counter and tub/surround Justin suggested that we could paint the counter/surround and it looks beautiful We highly recommend Justin and Complete Home Improvements and look forward to working with them on future projects
