Justin M. just completed remodeling my Dad's bathroom tub/shower enclosure to a tiled walkin shower with grab bars and sliding shower head and wand. He did a superior job! Not only does it look fabulous, he really did a first rate job. I'm very confident that he really knows his business and knows it well. I wish I had known about him a year ago when I had a different bath done, because it isn't nearly up to Justin's standards. He does what he says he's going to do and goes the extra mile to please his client. Thank you, Justin!

If all contractors were as diligent, meticulous and outstanding at their craft as Justin and his crew is at Complete Home Improvements, it would be a breeze to remodel. These guys really got it. I had my back deck rebuilt, the interior guest bath completely remodeled and the front porch updated. Great advice and follow-up; always left the premises as they found it; beautiful results; trustworthy and courteous all the way around. Their prices were very competitive. Anyone looking to do some remodeling should give them a call.

We are 100 percent satisfied with our master bath remodeling by Complete Home Improvements. Excellent workmanship and quality materials were used to build a dividing wall, construct and tile a large shower and install a soaker tub with tile surround. We hired Complete Home Improvements to remodel our Master Bath and Guest Bath. The renovation for the Master Bath was extensive. Additional our utility room, kitchen, and sun room were tiled by Complete Home Improvements. During the renovation, my wife had to have unexpected and severe surgery. During this time, Mr. [redacted] (Complete Home Improvements owner) continued the work and even brought his spouse in on a Sunday to move a number of books out of our numerous book cases. We are extremely happy with the renovation and also with Mr. [redacted] and his company. He has a work ethic that is hard to find in larger companies, his advice is always spot on and the work is first rate. I can honestly not say enough good things about this company, it is exceptional.

Was on time every day. Work was completed on time. Provided sound advice on required work. Quality of work and finish was great. We are very pleased with the end result. Would not hesitate to use this company for other projects.

We hired Justin at Complete Home Improvements to remodel our master bath. Him and his co-worker Jake removed an existing jacuzzi tub and replaced it with a walk in shower, they also replaced the particle board subfloors, re-tiled the floor, replace the toilet and added a bathroom vent fan.

We are thrilled with our new shower, and with Justin. Not only was he and Jake on time everyday, they were professional, clean, and extremely hard working. Our shower/bathroom turn out beautiful.

First class from start to finish! Best contractor we have ever hired. I appreciated how prompt they were in returning calls, emails, texts to discuss each step of the project along with example pictures. The workers were extremely professional and their attention to detail was exactly what was needed for the project. The project included a concrete slab on a slight slope for a hot tub, 12 x 12 cedar pergola with Timbertech decking, and stain the pergola. It turned out EXACTLY as we had envisioned. Not one issue through the entire process. I highly recommend these guys and will use them again if we have a need.

I used Complete Home Improvements to completely remodel my daughter's bathroom. [redacted] did an excellent job. He's easy to work with. He has great attention to detail and wants you to be happy with the result. I would definitely use him for future projects. In the early part of the year, the Polar Vortex caused all of the water pipes in my home to freeze, then burst. I was deployed to Afghanistan at the time, and was in a helpless situation. My neighbor had informed me of the extensive damage to the house, and I contacted Justin to see if he would be willing to take on the job. He jumped right into it and began the task of cleaning up all of the debris and damage. He went above and beyond, and I can honestly say he treated my house as though it were his own. I lost the kitchen, the dining room, most of the downstairs flooring, the upstairs bathroom, and most of the upstairs flooring. He presented me with a variety of choices as to what he could do to replace everything. I ended up sending him a picture of my dream kitchen, asking if he could match it. When I first walked into the house after he completed it, it was like walking into a brand new house. Everything was repaired, and the attention to detail and workmanship was very noticeable. When I walked into the kitchen, I was stopped in my tracks. He had matched my picture perfectly, and it was incredible to see it come to life. I spent the next several hours looking around the house, and everything had been repaired, and there were also some things done that I knew needed to be done but hadn't asked him to do. Truly incredible.
I was blown away by the work performed by Justin and his team. He doesn't over-charge (if anything, he under-charges!), his work is exemplary, and he is an honest and forthright man. He will be the sole contractor that I call for all of my home repair issues in the future, and I HIGHLY recommend him and his company. If you want the job done right the first time, and you don't want to break the bank, this is the company to call.
