BEST DECISION WE MADE FOR OUR HOME! I have been planning for 5 years to have THIS Company to come out and rid our home of the old mildew and musty smell from the crawl space and to remove and replace the old attic insulation. In May 2020, (Merv) their Certified Home Comfort Specialist came out and assessed the home inside and out and explained everything to us that was a concern and gave us an estimate. During the times before our installation date was scheduled the company's staff stayed in touch with us constantly. The insulation Team was EXCELLENT! They were professional, knowledgeable and displayed great customer service. They photographed and explained their work after completion of each project. I had CHS out to encapsulate my crawlspace back in November 2019. They installed a perimeter drain and new sump pump, replaced the vapor barrier, and applied spray foam insulation to the perimeter walls. They finished the job in 2 days, including cleaning out all of the nasty old fiberglass insulation. Their staff were polite and professional at every stage and truly seemed to care about my satisfaction with their work. They have called or emailed me a few times since the work was done to make sure everything is still meeting my expectations. It is! My home is much more comfortable - no more heat is being sucked out through my floors. My heat pump wasn't pushed so hard this winter, which means I'll likely get more life out of it. I also no longer need to worry about mold and toxins seeping into my house from an always-damp crawlspace. I'm very happy I chose Complete Home Solutions to do my crawlspace project.

We paid over 2,500 and the equipment is not working our bill is exactly the same and over 1,200 and it’s freezing in our home plus I was accused by two of their customer service Janine and Colin of being a liar when I had proof I did call and schedule an appointment a lot of appointments were also cancelled that we scheduled but bottom line is the numbers have not changed

Sean ,Aaron and Randy came to my house in a timely manner was very professional and knowledgeable about the project in which in they had to work on..they help me remove some of my items to help make thing more accessible to them.(due to the fact that I am dealing with a back issue) They cleaned after themselves and was sure to take their trash with them. They were also very patient with my 2 miserable puppies. But overall they were very effective and efficient in carrying out their duties.Not to mention they were very pleasant as well.

Complete Home Solutions did a great job. Did a good assessment. Laid out options well. Scheduling was accommodating of a last minute emergency on our end. Crew was exceptionally courteous.

I had 3 or 4 other contractors come in to try to identify the source and solution to a mildew problem. CHS was the only one that identified the potential sources and had a proposed solution. The workers were well-managed and hard working. I was kept well-informed as the work progressed. It's only been about a month, but they seem to have solved my problems. I will consider them first for similar work in the future.
