Greetings, We have reviewed this account and have not received any emails or communications from the customer asking for help or a refund We have tried to call her at the number on the account and the number is no longer valid We also attempted to call her on the day number listed
on this complaint and received voice mail In review of her account we show that she did receive the forms when she originally signed upThat she did not wish to keep access to her account After the first days she had the option of continuing access at $per month There is not a $fee to make changes to her formsWe expect that the customer may have seen an offer for additional services and not to make changes or continue access For Ms ***, we have provided a courtesy account extension so that she may access her account and request form changes at no charge through the end of September of If Ms *** should need assistance at any time making changes or updates to her forms she may simply reach out to us for assistance We anticipate that this should resolve any concerns that the Ms *** has at this time and hope that she will contact us directly for assistance in the future as her satisfaction with the service is paramount. Mr. [redacted] has been working with Yuri from our support staff.  Mr. [redacted] did inform Yuri that he has filed a chargeback with his credit card disputing the charge for the service.  While it appears that there is a miscommunication with regard to the signatures, we are not objecting to a return of the funds.  However, because Mr. [redacted] has disputed the charge with his bank, we will simply not object to the chargeback.  Accordingly, we will not issue a refund directly, but will not object to the chargeback once we receive it from the bank.
Yuri has reached out to Mr. [redacted] this afternoon in an attempt to speak with him directly and was unable to reach him.  We did send a follow up email confirming the same information and if Mr. [redacted] should have any questions, we would be more than happy to speak with him directly in order to avoid any further delay.
