The receptionist was yelling at a patient I asked her name she said it was DonnaVery rude and the other workers did not even help the person on a cane that couldn't get up

Unbelievable!!!!! These hacks charged over $1,for an "initial" office visit and lab work which consisted of a nurse checking blood pressure, a doctor talking to me for minutes tops with mere recommendations only for pain and then a urine sampleTheir "negotiated" rate after writing off the difference was $What a waste of time and moneyI would strongly recommend asking them what they charge before actually visiting themI have never in my life been so taken advantage of by a doctor

I've tried to contact the Comprehensive Pain Specialist collection department to make a final payment that they are stating is past due, however, when I contact the number they provided which is XXX-XXX-XXXX, the phone rings several times then an answering service picks up and states the party I'm trying to reach is on the phone and to leave a message I have left several message for them to return my call but have not received any That being the case I also, contacted the place were I had treatment done and was told that Comprehensive Pain Management has since closed their doors and is no longer available Yet I'm getting a debt collection letter stating I owe At this point I'm not sure what to do Do I send the payment to the address they provide to avoid further debt collection action and possible hit to my credit or do I simply ignore as a scam? Please help

I have suffered from migraines for over years but my PCP would only treat my symptoms rather than prescribe a preventative After seeing advertisements that CPS in Cleveland, TN offered treatments for migraines I made an appointment Once I showed up the front desk clerk said they would bill my insurance and asked for a $payment which I paid I was told that I would need to fill out some info on an iPad but I had to wait for another patient to finish with it firstThe patient was struggling and not tech savvy at all so I helped her get started as the office staff were willing to let her take as long as possible even though she was struggling Once it was my turn the paperwork on the iPad turned out to be a generic psych profile/evaluation that seemed to be geared towards nothing other than to see if you were a drug seeker/sharerAt this point I began to doubt my coming to this practice
Once I was allowed into the back I was berated by the nursing staff for having a backpack with meThey practically accused me trying to sneak in a clean urine sampleI was sent into a restroom where I was told I would be monitored while giving a urine sampleI can only assume they had cameras as no one was in the restroom with meI don't know if this was meant to be a scare tactic or what but I felt it was extremely antagonistic and unprofessionalI supplied my sample and returned to the nurses desk and asked for my backpack
I was sent to an interior seating area where I checked my cell phone and noticed that things in my backpack had been rifled throughNothing was missing but this was an invasion of privacyI finally was called to a room where two nurse practitioners asked me why I was thereI explained that I was looking for a preventative treatment for migraines rather that treating the symptomsThey looked at each other and told me that they do not treat migrainesI asked about their advertising that specifically mentioned the treatment of migraines and they again said they didn't treat migrainesI told them that I had made an appointment specifically for migraine treatment and was assured that the Cleveland office treated migrainesThey told me that whoever said that lied to meI was told that I would have to see a neurologist of their choosing and he would develop a treatment plan but I would have no choice at all as to who that person might be or what the treatment wasThey then asked me why I wasn't seeing my PCP about this and I explained that he was uninterested in prescribing a preventative medicine They asked what he prescribed and how often I was taking the medications I explained that I was prescribed Imitrex and Hydrocodone and that I took no more that five Hydrocodone most months
One of the NPs then pulled out her prescription pad and said my appointment with the neurologist would be in two weeks and she wrote a prescription for Hydrocodone 10mgI told her I didn't want a prescription for narcotics I was looking for a preventative only and she replied this was a just in case prescriptionI explained I still had my current meds and was told again to have the prescription filled
Needless to say I cancelled the appointment with the neurologist and tore up the prescriptionThis p,ace seemed to be the best example of a pill factory I have ever seenThen I got the bill thousands of dollars for the drug test and four hundred for the "psych evaluation" that was completed on an iPad and no actual mental health provider was involved with
I would not recommend this practice to anyone

Donna was very rudeMore worried about texting her son than taking care of patients!!

Was charge almost $1,for a urine drug test that in inquired about the price of but was told they didn't know
Went for my first visit on 01/21/and was advised that a urine drug test was neededAt the time I inquired with the nurse what the cost of the drug test would be and was told they have no idea how much a drug test costPrice is a major factor to me so at the time if they told me it was going to be almost $1,I would have left without completing the urine drug testThe company took the remaining $that I had in medical reimbursement account on March 10, The company has since sent me a bill for an additional $This company is profiting from lying to its customers to get them to accept absurdly expensive urine drug testI will file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau next and any other medical oversight organizations until this matter is resolvedI will also contact the local media if this is not resolved in a timely manner

A very good experience very respectful And professional

CPS is a joke! They charge an outrageous price, then treat you disrespectful I complied and jumped threw all their hoops I pad-mental evaluation (JOKE) 250.00, drug screen 1,600, and office visit (depending on the day) - 1, My monthly payment was never applied, to my account Called business office They never answered or returned call Paid when I checked in Never showed on my statement I now an getting a letter, about making arrangement to pay balance or will turn over to collection agency Included an agreement, for me, to sign and return, for the amount I am to pay HA! Where is the money I have already paid and wasn't applied I was treated as a criminal and paid, for that type, of treatment I left there, most of the time in tears Look down upon, judged, and talked down to Its enough that I suffer with pain, due to medical malpractice and what was done, by this profession Now they are after my entire well-being I am so glad the the CEO is finally getting what he deserves I would love a front row seat, during his trial,
