I have suffered from migraines since I was six years old ..I have suffered from tendonitis and carpal tunnel for over three years...I hurt my back on a machine at my job a month agoI went to my first appointment at CPS and was seen by a nurse practitioner...I was told they could only address one issue on the first appointment...I chose my hand/ arm issue since she said they would address the migraine I had for at that time two weeks and my back at the next appointment in two weeksThey prescribed me a compound of ibuprofen and famatodine.($1600)And a pain cream (over $1000)I was unable to get the pain cream cause my insurance wouldn't cover itI passed my drug screen on the first appointmentThey told me I would need surgery on my handI came back for my second appointment and the doctor was rude and uppity with meTold me I needed to find a new job..then insinuated I was only there to obtain narcoticsI told her my job was the best one I've had in years and asked her when had I asked for any narcotics...I told her the only thing I had asked for was for her to help meShe said she had helped meI asked her to tell me how she had helped meShe said she was sending me to physical therapy and to have an EMG study done on my handI asked her about my migraine that at that point had been on going for weeks and my injured back that was ongoing at that time for weeks...she leaned back against the wall and stated that she was not going to write me a prescription for anything narcotic due to my history of depressionI once ahain stated I never asked for that...but why would I continue to pay them to be rude...give me unwarranted life choice advice..or insinuate that I am some kind of depressed pill junky...if you are reading this find a better clinic to go to cause going here is a waste of time and money just to be treated like a fool

It's difficult to express the depth of my disappointment, anger, disillusionment and hurt after my last visit to CPSI felt talked down to, dismissed and accused of doing something wrong I was argued with about my pain and how it behaves, and asked what I wanted them to do about it I was angry about my pain issues when I went into the office, was very upset and tearful, and the response was lacking empathy and very confrontational, so I leftI was refused a refill on my medication There did not appear to be a care team working with me, when I called in pain and distress several days before this last appointment, I was told no one was available to help me, I would have to wait for my appointmentI was offered no solutions for managing my pain except for medication changes and a pain/food diary, which was mostly ignored In general, the office staff seemed poorly trained and preoccupied, and were unable to agree on timing for scheduling a simple test

Can not get a return phone call from this office, I have called approxtimes over a period of time,no call back??
Im a patient at comprehensive pain specialist in Cleveland, TNI have called their office approximately times since Ive been a patient of their practice since Oct2014, I have had to call their office numerous times concerning my medications, reactions to medications, needing help with a prior approval with my insurance carrier for my pain medicationsThe price of that one RX is over $for a day supplyI can not pay for the RX unless I have approval from my insurance carrierI have other RX's that I have to pay for so it can get very costly when you are on a fixed income like Social SecurityIve left very detailed messages concerning my need and even asking the extfor the office manager and left messages on her voice mail and stating if she had any problems with my request to please call me so that I may assist her with any info ectI have left m

Since my first visit, it was evident all CPS cared for was the medication count and adding numerous unneeded services to up there chargesThe wait is ALWAYS outrageous, sometimes reaching 2+ hours and the staff are uncompassionate and blatantly rude The front desk staff ignore their patients and lack to inform up front how behind they are in schedule They will not combine services on the same day to make the patients life easier and when you attempt to speak with billing, you go to a company out-of-state who are demanding and abrasiveHealthcare is already outrageous, this company exists purely to take your moneyThey do not care to find a solution to your problemWhy would they? If you're healed, you no longer return Do not waste your time, money or energy with this crooked organization I know I have not returned and found a better company to go through

Was referred to this e by mistake called and spoke with my daughterdidn't even speak with me regarding appointment
was referred to this office by another doctors office had asked already to be referred to the office that they told me I needed to be referred to
They called and left information with my daughter this office s about a hour away from my home went there and did not see a doctor spoke with a pa was there about minutes and was told I needed to go back to my doctor to be referred to the office I was supposed to go to because I self pay patient because I have no health insurance was charged dollars to go back to my doctor for another referral I don't think I should be charged for nothing at all I should have been informed they could not help me unless I have health insurance they also should not be leaving info with anyone other than myself because of the HIPA rules I called them and asked them to be reasonable about this and they explained that they left

Very rude and unprofessionalTook multiple people back at once without any reguard to privacy or patient careDonna up front also was more worried about texting even let patients know she was "texting and would be with them when she could." Demanded patients not talk out frontThere was also yelling in an employee only room so loud it could be heard in about her room

I had been seeing a Doctor at the CPS location in Southhaven, MSI felt as though DrG was understanding and that I would be heard, believed, and helped to get relief from my nerve pain stemming from cancer surgeryHowever, he soon decided he would only see new patients and handed the returning patients over to a new P.A on his staff, KS I have never felt so so humiliated by any medical professional as I had by her and her rudenessShe basically let me know that the information I had given her was not truthfulShe suggested that I simply discontinue taking the pain meds that had been prescribed and threatened that she might enforce this with my next visitShe offered no alternatives and was disinterested in my past medical history allowing no time for discussionI hope that CPS has brought in a different physician &/or PAHappily, I have found another pain specialist in Memphis who believes me and acknowledges that I am worthy of receiving help to alleviate my chronic pain

I have suffered from migraines for over years but my PCP would only treat my symptoms rather than prescribe a preventative After seeing advertisements that CPS in Cleveland, TN offered treatments for migraines I made an appointment Once I showed up the front desk clerk said they would bill my insurance and asked for a $payment which I paid I was told that I would need to fill out some info on an iPad but I had to wait for another patient to finish with it firstThe patient was struggling and not tech savvy at all so I helped her get started as the office staff were willing to let her take as long as possible even though she was struggling Once it was my turn the paperwork on the iPad turned out to be a generic psych profile/evaluation that seemed to be geared towards nothing other than to see if you were a drug seeker/sharerAt this point I began to doubt my coming to this practice
Once I was allowed into the back I was berated by the nursing staff for having a backpack with meThey practically accused me trying to sneak in a clean urine sampleI was sent into a restroom where I was told I would be monitored while giving a urine sampleI can only assume they had cameras as no one was in the restroom with meI don't know if this was meant to be a scare tactic or what but I felt it was extremely antagonistic and unprofessionalI supplied my sample and returned to the nurses desk and asked for my backpack
I was sent to an interior seating area where I checked my cell phone and noticed that things in my backpack had been rifled throughNothing was missing but this was an invasion of privacyI finally was called to a room where two nurse practitioners asked me why I was thereI explained that I was looking for a preventative treatment for migraines rather that treating the symptomsThey looked at each other and told me that they do not treat migrainesI asked about their advertising that specifically mentioned the treatment of migraines and they again said they didn't treat migrainesI told them that I had made an appointment specifically for migraine treatment and was assured that the Cleveland office treated migrainesThey told me that whoever said that lied to meI was told that I would have to see a neurologist of their choosing and he would develop a treatment plan but I would have no choice at all as to who that person might be or what the treatment wasThey then asked me why I wasn't seeing my PCP about this and I explained that he was uninterested in prescribing a preventative medicine They asked what he prescribed and how often I was taking the medications I explained that I was prescribed Imitrex and Hydrocodone and that I took no more that five Hydrocodone most months
One of the NPs then pulled out her prescription pad and said my appointment with the neurologist would be in two weeks and she wrote a prescription for Hydrocodone 10mgI told her I didn't want a prescription for narcotics I was looking for a preventative only and she replied this was a just in case prescriptionI explained I still had my current meds and was told again to have the prescription filled
Needless to say I cancelled the appointment with the neurologist and tore up the prescriptionThis p,ace seemed to be the best example of a pill factory I have ever seenThen I got the bill thousands of dollars for the drug test and four hundred for the "psych evaluation" that was completed on an iPad and no actual mental health provider was involved with
I would not recommend this practice to anyone

Horrible experience there, staff was very rude

The office that is located in Jackson, TN was one of the worst professional offices that I have ever been in. I was treated like I was either stupid or a simpleton who did not know nothing. I was sent there so that some in that specific profession could manage my pain. Instead I was meet with a NURSE PRACTIONAR with a prude look telling me what I was taking was to high and would have to be lowered. Then I was made a return appointment to the office the same one with the attitude came in and was going to hand me another prescription for the same thing that I was already on. If what I was on was working then why was I coming to an office like this for in the first place. The Nurse with the attitude told me that I would have to come back in two weeks to see the doctor that was the opening. So I did this and returned for the visit with the doctor. The doctor was very rude to me, raised his voice to me and bragged that his 6 years of experience. Once the bragging of his whole 6 years of experience and his rude attitude made me feel like I should have been ashamed to have even bothered him on his very first day working. This doctor knew nothing of me my condition or how I even came to be sitting right there while he was getting paid to yell at me. The doctor the said he would have to talk to the person who sent me to see him. ( I thought it was supposed to have been the other way ). Then I was promptly told I would not get this in his office and wrote me another prescription for something different but an eighth of the dose I was on and expected me to like fall to my knees and kiss his "[redacted]" whatever that I got that and it would be a miracle cure. Well the pain has increased and now worse. This a place I will never return to for anything.

My first appointment was on March 29, 2016, I was discharged on Apriled 29, 2016 for having THC, in my urine test after being told by Dr.M[redacted] that my levels are down and I can see that you have stopped [redacted] so we will keep your followup appointment on April 27th and start prescribing you something for your pain as I see you do need it! I did not get to see the Dr on April 27th for my follow up appt but informed the nurse what the Dr told me, didn't get anything but discharged :-(

I have degenerative disc disease.I went 1 time to C.P.S. they ordered an M.R.I. of which I could not make appointment because of work concerns.I called M.R.I. office & postponed appointment.C.P.S. charged me $1,600.00 for ONE visit & a prescription of Hydrocodone. They filed my insurance which is [redacted] of KENTUCKY....w/B.C.B.S. of Tennessee! Which they didn't pay.I asked C.P.S. for an itemized bill and they claim the total $1,600.00 bill is for a DRUG TEST!
