Ther are two dates of service my ins co *** paid for. They are 02/18/18 and 07/16/18. Checks were paid to them and now we can't get funds back.
There are two dates of service 02/18/8 and 07/18/18. *** paid two separate checks to me. I in turn sent those to Compression Solutions for payment of those dates of service. Now I received a notice from *** that they are attempting to get funds back due to being paid incorrectly. I advised *** I have sent checks to provider. *** associate *** and *** at *** have made several calls including myself to provider. They have spoke to employees names of ***, ***, *** and still cannot get these checks back to either *** or myself. The provider advised *** 02/19 they sent one check back to me which I have not received as of today. I would like this to be resolved ASAP without anymore stree added to myself or family. You would think between *** in's company and the provider Compressive Solutions it should. I have also left several messages on voicemail for callback and can't get them to call either. Poor Poor service to say the least. I will recommend to my doctor to never use this provider and also my HR to not have *** ins. I have ins and it should not be me consistently doing their jobs. I have my own job. Please have provider mail the checks back to me ASAP so I can send them to *** before they send me to collections and ruin my credit on something I don't have control over. Thank you.

Desired Outcome

I want Compression Solutions to mail back the checks either myself or *** for those two dates of service ASAP.

During 2018, *** of Arizona incorrectly processed hundreds of medical equipment claims filed by Compression Solutions. Compression Solutions has been directed by *** of Arizona to follow the direction of the identified members of management. Compression Solutions has been working with the identified members of *** of Arizona's management team to correct their processing errors. However, due to the number of claims processed incorrectly by *** of Arizona, the time required to research and to direct resolution of each processed claim is lengthy. Both organizations are working together to resolve the processing errors and correct the status of each impacted patient's claims.
Compression Solutions has contacted the identified members of management at *** of Arizona about this case and the related concerns. We have been assured by the identified members of management that no impacted patients will be sent to collections while both companies are working to resolve these processing issues.

I set up automatic payments. Compression Solutions continues to take money from my account even though the amount has been paid in full.
I am unable to view a statement online. I have spoken to someone on the phone who stated I still owed 25.00, after I received a statement in the mail that said I had paid the amount in full. The person on the phone (Teresa) said that the company would no longer take money out of my account. Since then, they have taken an additional $100.00 out. I would like to see my statement and find out what is going on.

Desired Outcome

I would like to see my statement and make sure the company is not charging me 2x, which I believe it is doing.
