Review: I brought my laptop to them to fix over 6 weeks ago.They said I had to pay a diagnostic fee of $54 to look at it and I paid them.I waited two weeks to call them back and they said they were still working on it.I called them back in another week and they said it need a power inverter, I told them to order it and let me know when it would be fixed. I called back in another week and they said they were still waiting for the part. After another delay I called them back and then they said the screen had to be replaced( the screen was replaced 8 or 9 months ago by someone else). I finally said to them that I wanted my fee back because I dont think they know what they are doing. I asked to speak to the [redacted] on the phone and he refused to speak to me and that his associate at the store told me the fee would not be refunded.What kind of business treats customers this way?Desired Settlement: Give me my fee back for the runaround these people put me thru

If he did not receive a diagnosis then the diagnostics charge would not have been required.
