The service we received from Comwave (home phone) worked perfectly and smoothly up until about two weeks ago, when we moved houses and cities. When we set it up at the new house, the phone worked as normal for the first night and upon waking up the next day, we realized that it no longer worked. We thought that maybe one of our dogs bumped into it, causing it to unplug, but we noticed that this was not the case. We tried everything to fix it, to no avail. The phone not working continued off and on for a week, so we finally got fed up and called them ourselves, which did more harm than good. The first time we called, we were left on hold for over an hour and then when someone finally answered, they said they're only open if someone wants to purchase their services and otherwise, they closed at six, which was not mentioned anywhere on their website or through the machine on the phone. Mind you at this point, we had called at 5, so they had been closed a half an hour, meaning I was on hold unnessecarily for half an hour. We tried calling many more times in the following days and all we got was "we can't help you/don' know how/etc". We even asked one of their clerks for his name and he threw a fit and hung up on us, Then, one day, the phone started to work, and no one knows what was done to make this happen. All and all, dealing with the extra stress of having the home phone not work during an even more stressful move was not ideal, and hopefully this does not happen in the future.
Call select increased my overseas rate to call Tunisia from 17 cent Canadian to 50 cent Canadian without any notice. Then again they increased the rate from 50 cents Canadian to 50 cents American without any notice. They overcharged me for over 500 $
This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I would not use any of the services they provide. They need to be shut down! There are much better companies that will provide the customer care that everyone deserves!!!!!!
[redacted] .after signing up for a unlimited internet service my service was cut of without any warning they said I was over the limit and would have to pay more.after few phone calls and hours on the phone I was cut of again,so I emailed them canceling my service and went to the bank and put stop on the payment.again after few emails to comwave canceling my service all I am getting is invoice asking for more money unbelievable nightmare how can this be going on ?

The worst company ever. Please stay away from this company, they use all unthinkable antics to [redacted]. Worst voip network ever. BEWARE!!!
