Business states they would be more than happy to repair both front and back brakes for a discounted rateBrakes are wearable items and not indefinitely warrantiedThere have been miles put on in almost months

I spoke with the customer this morning.He did say that our service department has taken care of his isssueand he has had great experiences with both our sales and service staff.We will most certainly address his concerns regarding his conversation with*** in particular.Our sincere apologies
that he felt she had treated him rudely.He also said that he loves his car! *** ***G.M.Schoepp Motors *** ***

Company advise that the very day that the consumer had called and said the starter didn't work, she was able to get it to her local mechanic out of town who said that they recommended putting in a new starter of $Company paid the consumer for the starter and while they haven't spoken with them
directly, they do see the payment was made

A new windshield was installed in her vehicle this morning at no cost to her.By the way, this decision was made prior to my receiving this complaint

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I did visit Scheopp Motors today and spoke with [redacted]. He was not helpful at all. He said he would only work with me if I could have my car payments around $300/month which I cannot afford and shared with him. I explained my situation again to him because he said he forgot. He said he couldn't help me. I shared I wasn't leaving until someone did. He also said it was my fault for not getting enough oil changes that my car was failing which is not true. I have two mechanics who say otherwise and reviews that says Impalas are known for this failure. A little later I found some cars on there lot that could fit into my budget. I went inside to ask for an invoice for the cars. Another man, I did not get his name. Refused to give me the invoice info on the cars saying I now need a car with $400/month payment. Again I explained why it wouldn't works and he replied with: "I don't want to hear your sob story." He also insinuated that I was not a good mom because my kids were sitting in the unairconditioned waiting room. He was also badgering me with questions and not allowing me to answer them. I also asked for Scheopp's mechanics to look at my car to verify what I am saying and they refused. I was told that they did not want to be liable for the repairs. Thanks again for your continued help!![redacted]

If you get injured at work or otherwise I would not recommend it. Unless you have a bone sticking out of your body or your bleeding from your eyes they will send you back to work not caring if your really injured and in pain . Then they will recommend physical therapy even when you’re too injured to even barely walk. Seems like a workman's comp scam to avoid claims of real injuries and double dipping to collect money for PT whether you can do it or not or even if you need it or not. I had a back injury could hardly even walk and when I did it was extremely painful, they gave me physical therapy that freeked my back out and went into spasm all night and they expected me to go to work the next day even though I could not walk or move without pain. They called in a lower lumbar strain. No matter what you strain the last thing you should be doing within 6 hours of the injury is physical therapy. Your supposed to rest it 2 days minimal and when the inflammation ands majority of the pain is gone then start PT. I had to take a sick day instead and went to work the day after but in major pain, could not walk with out pain, could not do my job either. These were the doctors orders. I had no sick days left so I had to go. Thinking about getting a lawyer and trying to stop the madness before others fall victim to this sorry excuse for medical help. Thank god I have a kind Boss that is a good person, unlike these people at Concentra. STAY AWAY FROM THESE FOLKS BAD BUISNESS ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY AND DONE CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR INJURY. They assume your faking injury to avoid going to work until you fall on the floor in convulsions. Then they would recommend PT instead of real medical care. They are running a business, not a medical clinic.

was over $800. She paid half,$400, as previously agreed. Later,she called back and wanted to change the agreement.  We sent her a check for $134. After we agreed to do that for her, she filed a complaint with you. In a nutshell, she received over $800 worth of goods and services for $266. We essentially paid her $534 for an old worn out tire. It seems, that no matter how far above and beyond that you go to help, sometimes it's just not enough. Four brand new tires and and an oil change in exchange for one old dry rotted tire? We have settledthis matter twice already. I think we have been more than fair.
