This customer was never charged. There was just a hold on this account. The billing information did not match. So the charge did not go through. He was informed of this

Customer has been offered a return label for product. Due to open dispute (for full value, and not partial value) we cannot issue return label until claim is closed. Charging back on received product prevents us from handling this customer's concerns on a partial order.
