available documentation regarding the complaint and have found the following; The customer stated in her complaint that we are leaving her voice messages and we are not telling what she owes in these message. Per the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act we cannot state specifics regarding a customer's to anyone other than the customer without the customer's permission and that is including on a voicemail where other people can her sensitive personal information. At no point in time did an associate from our company state they were going to "serve" papers for a past due bill. The associate stated he is calling to confirm location information for the purpose of delivering required notice. The associate made numerous attempt to contact the customer every time the customer called and left a message to call back on the associate's voicemail and at some points only minutes after receiving a message and the customer never answered the phone.Validation of Debt AttachedAction taken:File: Cease and Desist status has been placed on the account and no further action will be taken.Disciplinary Action: N/ASincerely, Jamie L[redacted]Manager, Administration

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Anyone can make up an account number and date I want the original loan documents that were signed by myself and the address and phone number you have on file as well! All these documents need to be sent to me! And you're company did violate my rights because until today you have not given me any info that I have asked for previously! instead you have harrased my family members with threatening messages which I do have the recordings and have filed them with the attorney general and the ftc.So again I need the original loan documents sent to me at the address you have on file thank you.

I did take out a payday loan but it was not through this company. I've never heard of this company and every time I get this cleared up its always a new debt collector calling me from a different number but sound like the same person from the other company. I have already paid my loan off once and I'm not going to pay it off again. I have attached the letters from the companies I've paid to for this supposed payday loan. I refuse to make any more payments to anyone. I just think it's funny that when you look up this company they are doing this to a lot of people and it's all around the same time period this is taking place. I want this to stop and for no one to contact me over this payday loan again.
