I had concrete work done in ***. After the work was completed, I noted concrete foam/splatter on my breezeway where the work was done, including doors, siding on both house and garage, windows,screens, etc. I contacted *** at Concrete Medic and he said he would come and look at it. He then sent me an email confirming the mess, admitting they should have done a more thorough job, but at that time he did not know how to clean it off of the areas affected. This took a couple of months apparently-he emailed me in *** stating he could not take care of the mess due to the temperatures, and he would see me in the Spring. I did not hear back from him in the Spring, so I emailed him on *** asking when he could come and resolve the issue. I got an email from him on *** stating he would try to come by and take another look. I haven't heard from him again. I emailed him again ***. No response. I feel like he is putting me off and I don't want this going into the Fall again and him stating he is unable to take care of the problem because of the temperatures. The area involved is unsightly and I expect better results from the company.

Finish the job I would like *** to come and clean the area, replace screens, contract to have the breezeway door repainted, siding cleaned of splatter, windows cleaned, and any other areas not mentioned that need to be cleaned taken care of. I would like this done as soon as possible, preferably by the end of ***.
I just emailed Ms. and hope to hear back from her soon, hopefully today, so we can get this resolved. I apologize for the delay and mentioned that, ironically, I had a crew at her home yesterday working to clean off the siding. Unfortunately, I don't think the spray foam splatter is going to clean off the way that we (or Ms.) would like it to, so I asked her to let me know what would be a suitable resolution for her. I suggested either a cash payment or replacement of effected areas, dependent on what she'd like to do.
We had initially asked to put off cleaning the siding until the Spring as I wanted to allow a good 'sunny' season to work on breaking down the foam. UV rays from the sun will eventually break down foam (that is exposed to it) and I was hoping that giving it a portion of this year would aid our efforts at removal. Unfortunately, the foam hadn't broken down enough to have any effect, so we'll go ahead and look at other remedies (as described above).
Our intention was not to ignore Ms., though I see that her last email had gone unread in my inbox when I searched for our correspondence today, so it's certainly understandable that she would feel that way. Hopefully our reputation otherwise speaks for itself...our mission is to make customers happy. Clearly we dropped the ball on this and will be making it right with Ms..
