Review: Last spring CTI did ~$ 6,000 worth of work to my pool deck. There are significant issues with the work. They asked me to contact them early in the spring to schedule repairs. I sent them an email about a month ago and have been calling repeatedly and leaving messages for contact to schedule the work. I am concerned as to why they cannot return phone calls or respond to email. Our pool is scheduled to be opened in three weeks and I want the work done prior to that.Desired Settlement: Phone me and schedule the repairs.

Our office was completely shut down this winter. We are just getting back into the office this week and have already responded to the customer informing her of the winter closing and confirming that we will be handling her complaint soon.

Review: Driveway resurfacing performed in July 2013 is failing. The resurfacing product is badly cracking and chipping in numerous places. Repeated calls to this business go unanswered and unreturned.Desired Settlement: Fix the problem

Our office is closed for the winter. This is the first time in 20 years that our offie has been completely shut down for the winter. We will be re-opening on April 1st and will have complaints dealth with within 60 days.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. This position is contingent upon the business in reference corrects the problem in a timely manner. Thank you so much for your help in this important manner.

Review: We had the concrete treatment done around our pool area 2 years ago and our warranty requires every two year maintenance. We have called at least 5 times since May 5th 2014 for information on this required service and to find out if some needed repairs are under warranty or if they are not under warranty, what would the cost be. On May 7th we left another message, and we did get a call back, and were told that a service type person would be out in a week to 10 days. No one has been out and now no one will return our phone calls. In the meantime our treated surfaces are getting worse looking and I expect I will be told it is out of warranty since I did not get it serviced in the 2 year time frame.

If this company will not perform the needed maintenance on existing customer work they need to be told to stop taking on new work until they catch up.Desired Settlement: Please call us, make and appointment to do needed repairs and perform the mandatory maintenance to keep our 10 year warranty in good standing.

We did receive this customers request for a reseal price and inspection on May 5, 2014. The manufacturer's warranty is for two years from the date of completion unless they opt to have the two year reseal completed. The date of completion for this customer's installation was May 4, 2012. Although they did call outside of the warranty period we had no intentions of not including what would be been covered under the warranty had they of called within the warranty period. At this time we are forwarding all requests for reseal pricing over to another local CTi dealer since we are experiencing such a back log. We are a small business and need to keep a equal balance of new work coming in, in order to maintain our business otherwise our company would be closed. We are in the process of mailing letters to all of our customer's awaiting reseal prices letting them know that we are forwarding their request to other local dealer.

Review: Discoloration around pool and product flacking off. Problem stated in pool season of 2012. After many calls numerous calls they came out and resealed the discoration and repaired the flacking spots. Pool season 2013 the same problems occured. After numerous calls and many excuses they came out (early September). They sealed one area and wanted to know if if they could come back in the spring to finish. I agreeded if I was put on the list first to have work completed. They were to call in June. They never called. I started calling the middle of June with no answers or returned calls. They finally returned my call the first week of July. I was told they do not have anyone working in the area, but they would sent some one out to take pictures. They have seen the problems. They are stalling just like they did in 2013.Desired Settlement: Fix the problems or refund my money. They resurfaced my pool and garage area August 2011 at the end of the pool season for $ 1997.00

This letter is to confirm that we are scheduled to come out and lightly respray and seal the discolored "border" around the pool coping in Spring 2014.

We have tentatively scheduled this for the week of June 9, 2014. If there are any changes in the expected pool opening please let us know in advance

Review: Our concrete was repaired by CTi in September, 2013, with a three year warranty at the price of $405.00. These repairs were to correct broken concrete. After a year, the concrete began breaking up and as of this date is as bad as it was in the beginning. I have been unable to reach the company by phone and was informed by the management office of our community that they have been unable to reach CTi regarding other work.Desired Settlement: Repair the broken concrete

Review: Technically there are many, many complaints about the services rendered by this company. First, the work they performed began deteriorating under one year (the warranty year). We contacted the company and they told us to send them pictures and someone would get back to us. No one did. My husband called again, and they asked us to push the date because they were so busy. We were kind and allowed this. No one ever got back to us. When we tried to call again, we received excuses like "the office is closed for the winter and "everyone is on vacation." We are now 20 months from when the work was performed with no action taken to make repairs. The work performed is now completely disastrous. The job was to "fix and design" our concrete walkway. They made guarantees about their work and guarantees that if something should happen, they'd fix and repair for free in the first year and for a small price after. Well the job is so bad that they'd have to completely start over. I sent the pictures of the work this week and got no response. They have no interest in fixing the job they did. This is horrible business and I'm out $2,500.Desired Settlement: I either want replacement of the entire project or a complete refund so I can get someone to come out and do it properly.

We did receive an email with this customers concerns on 6/25/14. A response to the email was send on 6/26/14 as well as a phone call from one of our service reps. We apologized about our delay and backlog in repairing and informed her that her warranty was for 2 years not 1. We completed repairs to the warranty issues on 7/10/14.
