We called and spoke with the carholder on 08/20/2015. A credit has since been issued to the cardholder's account, and she does not appear to still require assistance at this time.

We emailed the cardholder a copy of the Questionnaire she will need to fill out on07/16/2015, as she stated she never received the original dispute paperworkthat was mailed out on 06/01.We are currently awaiting additional correspondence.Thank you,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:I received and email with all the information that [redacted] has  already sent me.   I have emailed [redacted] in the compliance dept 2 times on 8 -21-15 no response. There is nothing included that gives the reason I was denied expect the fact that [redacted] suggest that I entered into an agreement with the merchant.  What I want to know is WHO is the merchant?  I'm being denied for a merchant [redacted] is saying I  entered into an agreement...  sent another email 8-24-15.  Also still have never received a call from [redacted] from the Fraud Services Department that denied my claim dated on 6-5-2015.

explained very specifically in my complaint what my issue with eppicard is. I want a letter mailed to me not to have me call them or contact them further,  but explaining why my card was cancelled exactly. If it was canceled with no warning to me due to a compatible I used my card at being breached, I want to now what company and why I wasn't notified before my card was cancelled! ! I want an explanation not to keep talking to people who give me different answers!!!
