Hello I paid this business plus for labor for my [redacted] plus lense for my camera about a month ago After I paid them I had it fixed a week after because they had to order the partAfter it was installed the guy [redacted] said I had a day warranty and to bring it back if I had issues with itA few days after he installed the lease I realized the lense fell off somewhere which I don39t know when or how it did so I called them and informed themHe told me to bring it in which I did and they ended up saying they needed to order the part which will come on MondayI waited until last Saturday39s ago and had my be bring my phone inThey ended up saying the part will arrive next Monday againSo I came back again e next Saturday and yet they said next Monday it will be inSo today which is June on Saturday I had my bf call and check if my part was there before we went to the shopThe guy [redacted] was giving my bf an attitude saying it was my fault I didn39t pick t

Hello, This is to inform the customer, that we had already provided the service needed to repair the [redacted] camera lensShe paid for a product and we provided it, however since the customer "lost" or "broke" the lens for a second time is not our responsibilityShe had signed a service order form stating any broken component done to her phone will be her responsibility after picking up the completed repair from our storeI will go on to say, that out of the goodness of our hearts, we felt sympathy for the customer and were willing to provide her an additional lens, although against our warranty policy, to help customer satisfactionHowever, due to her complaint we retract that offer and will charge her full price for a new [redacted] lensPlease be informed there will be no refund as she "lost" the camera lens Thanks

The worst! They have of my phones which they said were simple fixes and after months I still do not have my phones back from them They continue to make excuses and/or won't return my phone calls After three months the owner Eddie [redacted] apologized and assured me that I would get my phones back in excellent condition within a week Now it has been another weeks and they won't return my calls Seems like I need to take them to court!

I took of my cell phones to them to get repaired Both cosmetically in excellent condition One was a note which needed a speaker repair which they said they fixed I paid $for the repair and returned it a couple days later because it was not fixed To this day the phone still has not been returned to me The other was a note which was having activation issues which they said they could fix and it still has not been returned to me I have tried several times to get my phone back and after months the owner called me and assured me he would have them fixed and back to me within the week or pay me for the phones which is $for the note and $for the note (replacement value) that was over weeks ago They will not return my calls and as of yet I still do not have my phones

I am rejecting this response because: First of all, after I got it fixed it fell off days after it was installed which should've never happened & I don't know how it fell off it was not my fault it fell offThey said I had a day warranty which when I called them they said it was fine and to bring it in they'll replace it Which they never replaced it because I never came in because they never ordered my part for several weeks now They kept saying Monday and I would come in on saturdays and it still wasn't there They're irresponsible and never ordered the part or even bothered to Along with that the guy had an attitude and tried to blame it on me last time I called You can't say one thing then switch up and lie about it I never came in the 2nd time to get it replaced .
