Review: 1)The modular house I bought through Connecticut Valley Homes (CVH) is required to be built to building codes in the town and state of the location of the house. I found a vent pipe (a.k.a. a stink pipe) in my attic that was not properly exited to the exterior of the house via the roof, like the other vent pipes. As a matter of fact the hole was covered with insulation, thus the company was aware during installation of the deficiency. The house came with the other vent pipes ready for assembly/exiting the house (hole with proper flashing built into the roof) so when the house roof is erected the pipe is pushed through the opening and attached below to the source / need of the vent pipe. The other vent openings came prepared from the factory ready, but the one in question was not. I notified CVH regarding this issue and the owner, [redacted] told me it is not CVH responsibility. Since his company, CVH, are the local reps and are responsible to deliver a house to code, as well as fix any factory issues locally, he is responsible to deliver. [redacted] denies any responsibility for this health issue/building issue and violates the health & building codes.2) I had brought to [redacted] attention the deck on the back of the house was not to contract or code. The posts used were 4x4, the purchase was for 6x6 required by code. (please see the [redacted] memo attached). The deck was braced up and accepted as is. the difference in material costs and [redacted] costs wee not reimbursed back to me, although I have mentioned it to [redacted] at least three times since.3)I attempted to do this **, by the Revdex.com website directed me to CT Revdex.comDesired Settlement: 1)Fix the deficiency properly through the roof.2) Pay me the difference in materials and reimburse me for the [redacted] assessment.

I am rejecting this response because: No contact was made, no email, no call....standard practice for Ct Valley Home, just waiting for me to go away - won't happen here.
Sincerely,
