I am a seller that sold a 1/CT TW Princess Cut Engagement ring on the websiteBefore posting on this merchant, I researched the company, which had high ratingsI also read the disclaimer under the seller areaIt stated that buyer is charged 15% COMMISSION and also $for a shipping chargeHowever, IDNID took out the commission AND the shipping price from my check even though I am a seller
So, I received a check which included the ring, after their commission and shipping was taken from my payI sent them an email regarding the matter, and they sent me back a very catty email back stating that I was wrongHowever, they sent me another check for the commissionLeaving out the shippingIn the end, I paid for the customers free shippingI was not reimbursed that amount, it was simply taken out of my profitsI am sure they charged the buyer for shipping, but then they took it out of my check, probably tak
I placed my ring for sale on IDNID's marketplace in JanuaryA few weeks later I received an email stating my item had soldAfter being referred to this business by the jeweler I purchased my ring from, regardless of my hesitation to ship out a ring with no payment I did so as was instructed in the emails from the businessI shipped the ring day priority fedex to assure that it arrived within the allotted day period as stated in their terms and conditionsThe ring shipped Monday Jan **I did not receive notice that they had received the item until February *- days after shippingI emailed IDNID multiple times inquiring about my payment and NEVER received a response, although they were prompt when contacting me almost daily to have me ship out my ring
Today is Feb ***As stated by this business, a check was to be sent to me DAYS after receiving my item and certifying itHaving received my ring on the second, allowing two full entirely new business days would mean that
This Company embellishes/fabricates a Diamond ratings/gradings in order to facilitate the sale of the diamonds and obtain their commissionsWhen I Received a Diamond the Clarity Grading was far from what was represented and the estimated value of the diamond was highly inflated, they do this in order to facilitate a sale When I Received the Diamond it was very apparent that it was of very poor quality even to the naked eyeI took it to a very reputable Jeweler who overwhelmingly confirmed my suspicion I very politely asked them for a refund , they offered a credit on their site onlyI don't trust their practices and won't accept any product that they represent.and they have now been totally ignoring my communications I have already sent the diamond back to them with confirmed receiptSo they now have Both Their Product Back AND My Money
Sold my ring through them and they procrastinated sending me the money Fees are HIGH There are better, safer and cheaper ways to sell your jewelry Beware
This company is very professional -- they respond promptly to emails and calls They are efficient, courteous and have an excellent model for success which they follow I was very impressed
As a Seller; would probably not use againWhen my item did sell, the notification email sent to my spam folder so I was late mailing the item in, but to their credit DelGatto was understanding about the issueI took home a little over $for my $item sale price...which was what I was offered by a local jeweler so that was kind of a washFinally, the check they sent me bounced for insufficient fundsI'll be heading to my bank today to discuss how to remedy thisThey've got potential and the item verification seems like a good systemI'd buy from here, but I don't think I'd sell with them again
My experience with IDNID.com was very positiveA season of unemployment made it necessary to sell some of the jewelry my Mom left meI spent weeks shopping online & local buyersTheir direct offer proved to be the best deal even thought it was just 10% of the appraised replacement value of the two items I soldThe Customer Service & communication from IDNID staff was OUTSTANDINGThey made a tough situation as pleasant as possibleThanks again, IDNID!
We purchased a radiant diamond VSquality with "I" color and a good cut It is in a heavy platinum mounting We purchased it for 2,plus a buyers fee I took it to an independent appraiser and it appraised for 13,and it looks like it has never been worn I absolutely love it To get a good deal from this site, first familiarize yourself with the c's of diamond buying I like the GIA system of rating diamonds so we looked at rings with GIA appraisals on this site Once you buy a diamond from this site it is appraised again to make sure you get what you paid for Some of the diamond rings on this site are over priced but many are not so familiarize yourself with the cost of diamonds Also Check J*** *** *** *** *** *** to make sure you aren't paying more for a diamond than you should I want to say that this business is professional, safe and I got a super deal that I don't think I would have gotten anywhere else I think this site is AWESOME!!!
