I sent them a ring in July, as per the services they perform of a third party sellerThe ring was delivered to them (Canada Post and US Post did two separate inquiries into the issue and both times agreed that the item had been deliveredIt was signed for by a staff member of the business) and it was signed for, but then it went missingI was very understanding and patient with them - we have been in talks for over four months about how to proceedThe last they promised me was that they would either find me a similar ring to replace the lost one, or we would settle on an amountSince that (phone) conversation, however, they have steadfastly refused to answer my calls or emailsThe ring is in value of excess of $USD and comes at a great personal loss to meI am doubly upset that my many months of patience and understanding while they attempted to do their due diligence has now been met with such a level of unprofessionalism
