Was good for five years but no more
Have had internet service from Consolidated for five years and it has worked great. Now it works sometimes. I called and they sent a technician out to check my modem. Technician says it is good. Consolidated seems to think that rebooting the modem more than once a day is acceptable. I say it is not. They seem to have no intention of fixing this problem. It was good while it lasted.
