We have used Davis and Green for the last two years. They have provided excellent service and work in regards to our yearly generator maintenance. They recently helped us with a basement renovation and they are just top notch. Don't know of another company in town who comes close and we have tried many others!
This is the third time we've used Davis & Green for electrical repairs - we wouldn't call anyone else! For the most recent visit, they installed interior light switches and exterior security lights on our home. For prior visits, they've rewired the electrical plug for an upgraded stove and installed enhanced interior and exterior lighting. The technicians are on time (or will promptly notify you if they are delayed for any reason), extremely professional, courteous and thorough.

I contacted Davis & Green for some electrical work that needed fixing: non-functioning driveway lamp, non-functioning outlet, etc. They sent two technicians ([redacted] and [redacted]) within 2 hours, who promptly fixed the issue very quickly. Since the work happened so quickly, we also asked them to troubleshoot our flood lights, and they fixed that issue as well. They were very professional, courteous, and skilled. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
On one of the coldest and most snow-laden days of the year Mr. [redacted] of Davis and Green Electricians came to a 93-year old man's rescue. Mr. [redacted] of Grove Avenue in the Fan lives by himself in the house he was raised in. Mr. [redacted] has no family and lives by himself with his dog. On Feb.17th in freezing weather with 8" of snow on the ground Mr. [redacted] lost his electrical current. He called me, his neighbor, to come help and I immediately went to his home and found an old fuse box which was located outside in a protected area. After failing to replace the fuses, I contacted Davis and Green. Mr. [redacted] was on call and responded immediately to Mr. [redacted] plight. He came in, was very respectful to Mr. [redacted] and accessed the situation. He had to go back out and purchase the fuses and then returned to remedy the problem. He did all of this in freezing weather, with snow all over the roads, and no parking spaces in the neighborhood. He was pleasant and helpful and even petted Mr. [redacted] dog. Thank you, Mr. [redacted]. You were a life-saver.
I cannot say enough wonderful, positive things about this company. They went above and beyond anything we ever expected. In this day, for a company to show compassion and caring for people in distress, instead of the almighty dollar, is just too amazing for words. The 2 men that came on CHRISTMAS EVE, and solved our very scary electrical emergency, were a God-send. They worked on our problem in very negative weather conditions and beyond their scheduled time off for Christmas. We were looking at the possibility of being in a motel for Christmas, and they worked hard to keep that from happening. Would we recommend this company - without a doubt, we will be singing their praises to everyone that will listen.

They told me their availability. What time to expect a call for arrival. Both the call and the arrival punctual. Identified and explained the reason and resolved within one hour. Have them in my cell phone under electrician because I will use them again.

I just want to say, I have dealt with Davis & Green for years, both commercial and personal residence. I Think they are one of the best electrical contractors in area. Their prices are fair and workmanship and knowledge is superior. Their Technicians are some of the best I have ever seen and are very polite as well good at their profession.
Eric M. came out to provide a service checkup on my whole house generator. He arrived on time and worked very thoroughly and quickly. He even took the time to explain some very important information I should know about the generator that the original contractor did not provide. Their fee was competitive. I would definitely recommend Davis & Green and will be calling them in the near future to do some other electrical work for me.
