none of this is true I have never received a phone call from anyone at Levi & Associates. And I just called there again to find out that only [redacted] can help me. [redacted] is the person who messed this up in the first place. They say all these times they called that I was not in, funny what do you mean by not in this is my business phone. Have you heard of leaving a message?
Regards,
[redacted]

We are in receipt of Mr. [redacted]’s Revdex.com complaint.  The file was placed in our office in February 2013. A lawsuit was filed on April 22, 2013, Mr. [redacted] was served on May 20, 2013 and Judgment was granted on July 16, 2013.  We sent a response letter to Mr. [redacted] on September 3,...

2015; we enclosed a copy of the Judgment and Statement of Account.    Mr. [redacted] then contacted our office on multiple occasions to discuss a possible settlement on the account.  On September 28, 2015, Mr. [redacted] was offered a $600 settlement and advised he would call the bank and call back.  On October 9, 2015, Mr. [redacted] was offered another settlement of $545.61 at which time he stated he would call us the next week about settling the account.  We did not hear back from Mr. [redacted], so we proceeded with filing a wage garnishment on December 2, 2015.  On December 21, 2015 Mr. [redacted] called in regarding the garnishment paperwork he received and was advised that the paperwork needed to be completed and returned to our office along with two copies of his current paystubs.  On December 29, 2015, Mr. [redacted] called about settling the account again and he offered $400 that day but said he would need to put the money in the bank first.   Our representative advised Mr. [redacted] that she would have to submit his offer for review and approval.  On December 30, 2015 Mr. [redacted] called in and was transferred to a garnishment department representative’s voicemail.  On January 4, 2016, Mr. [redacted] called in to see if his settlement offer was accepted and was informed by the representative that we were still waiting on a response.  He advised that he would call back later in the week.  The next communications were two additional wage garnishment notices which we sent on or about March 28, 2016 and April 12, 2016 which advised that garnishment would be commencing.  We did not receive a response from Mr. [redacted] to either letter.  The garnishment was mailed to the court on May 17, 2016 and was processed / filed by the court on May 26, 2016.  On June 6, 2016 Mr. [redacted] called in and advised he had received the notice of garnishment from his place of employment and asked if settlement was still an option.  The representative advised him that he could complete the garnishment modification documents and Mr. [redacted] stated he will just have to see what he can do.  After researching our records, we are unable to locate any additional calls or voicemails from Mr. [redacted] from the phone numbers we have on file of ###-###-#### and ###-###-####, for the time period of January 4, 2016 until June 6, 2016.  If Mr. [redacted] called from any other number or a blocked / private number, please provide the dates and times of the calls so we can attempt to locate the voicemails referred to in Mr. [redacted]’s complaint.  We make every effort we can to respond promptly to communications from consumers and if we failed to respond to a particular voicemail, we want to correct the error that caused that.We regret that there was a communications break down surrounding the January 6, 2016 settlement offer/request and how that was handled.   However, we sent two unanswered written communications after that conversation.  We followed up with the client this week and they have authorized us to resolve this for $400.00 plus $105.00 to cover court costs for a total amount of $505.00.   We encourage Mr. [redacted] to contact our office at ###-###-#### if he wishes to accept this offer to resolve this matter.  We will do what we can to resolve this quickly once the $505.00 payment is made.
