We have removed the customer from our mailing list. I don't show that customer has ever called us and we had not previously received any request to remove her. She is now removed from all lists and will not receive any further correspondence.

This customers policy was never activated and the down payment was never run. When they called to purchase they decided to have...

us run the down payment on June 5th, however prior to that they called us back to let us know they could not afford the policy and we canceled the pending payment. The payment was not run to the Credit Card. We apologize about the confusion and have removed the customer from any future marketing pieces.
