I as well as a *** *** *** was contacted by a ** *** *** who claims to be the owner of Consumer Tax Relief stating that he was going to resolve the matter but just as this has done for the last three years, he has lied to both me and the Internal Revenue serviceShe needed a couple of documents from *** *** who said he would supply to her but never didI had to get the information myself and send it to the ***, ** *** which I did on 4/*/I have sent Consumer Tax Relief this same information over times in the last three years and I have had to deal with a different *** *** *** numerous timesThat's their scam, they promise you tax relief because I was in despair, they get your money, they request time and time again personal and financial documents over and over then their phones are disconnectedI had to track them down myselfOne guy I dealt with who told me he was the *** name is *** *** who works for Optima Tax nowYou can find him on ***This whole thing has caused emotional and physical stress to meConsumer Tax Relief and owner *** *** are located in *** *** *** all you have to do is *** itI also have ** *** ***'s phone number if anyone wants it.

they did not hold up to the agreement from the beginning I tried calling them the number was no longer working after relocated another number I left a message,email, no one contacted me. I had to ack fast the IRS was going to gunish my check etc. the taxes have been filed I need my money that I payed them for the work they did'nt do.

Review: Consumer Tax Relief charged me over 1500 to do my Admanded Return for the year 2009. I paid the amount in full as requested in two or three months. It took Consumer Tax Relief over a year to do my taxes and when they finally did it, it was completely wrong. After six months of waiting, hopping that my issue(s) will be resolve with the IRS, I was notified that my returns was not done properly. When I contacted Consumer Tax Relief customer service, I was told that the company is clossing in three weeks and they can do anything for me or refund my money.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a refund, because I had to paid another party to propperly prepared my return for the 2009. I no longer trust Confumer Tax Relief with my document and service(s).

Review: I sent Them all of my W-2s for the years 2010,2011,2012,2013 3months Bank statements, copy of my Vangaurd, resent paystubs, last filed Income Tax, Copy of my Drive License, a power of attorney and any other papers that they ask me for $950.00 via Debit Card. All paper work was sent of On or before 03-**-14 and to this day I have not received anything they won't answer the phone no one is calling me I would like my taxes done and sent back to me for signatures and forwarded to the IRS so I can be a tax paying Citizen againDesired Settlement: I want me Taxes Done or all Paper work back and a refund of all moneys Paid to them CTR.

Review: this company (if it really does exists) is pure TRASH. They sucker you in with promises of working as a bridge between you and [redacted] and say they will eliminate all tax penalties and interests, when in fact it just wont happen. They are EXTREMELY convincing in saying you are in GOOD hands, etc, yet when you pay them in full for service you wont get an answer from them or response if your life depended on it. They basically gauranteed that experienced tax "experts" would negotiate on my behalf to [redacted] and promised me results.They just dont know the damage I would cause if I were to get my hands on ANY one in that "office". Bottom line they are a rip-off and when they actually did answer the phone, which was barely, they were very short, evasive, and dismissive. People work to hard for their money to be subjected to this [redacted]. You slimy con-artists will have yall day believe that.Desired Settlement: I paid these clowns approx 1200 bucks. it was 225.00 a month for 4 months dating back to aug of 2013, along with 25 bucks a month for "service fees", that was maybe an extra 6 moths, all adding up to 1200.00. I just wanna know the proper steps in getting my money back!
