Dear *** ***:We received a copy of the complaint from *** ***.In her complaint, she states that she has had no response from usOur records show numerous emails back and forth, including several exchanges since she contacted youWe sent her referrals to her twice and I believe she now

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: If you do not sign up with the credit company which also costs you per month, you cannot give them your credit scoresThis is truly a scam you must have going with the other company as I'm not paying them for credit scores I can get for free and with you knowing what my score was ahead of time you new that I could not meet the requirements of your "clientele"If you were truly reputable you would not have had any problem refunding me for a service that was not provided so I'm not sure why I should take a partial refund for something I never received
