Dear [redacted]:We received a copy of the complaint from [redacted].In his complaint, he states that the $30 charge was not authorized and that he attempted to contact us. He did, in fact, contact us by email, sent from his l-phone, using a different address than he gave you,...

[redacted]. He emailed us 21 minutes after agreeing to Terms and Conditions and ordering online. He had taken our suggestion and used his Social Security number to obtain his credit scores from Experian, using their site creditreport.com. He was informing us of those scores. We sent him our lending partner referrals 4 hours later and have not received another email from him, from either address. All of our communication with clients is via email and not by phone, so that we have evidence such as this. If he was denied by 10 of the lenders, and if he mails the denial letters to us, then he would be entitled to a full refund of his fee. However, he is obligated to provide those 10 denial notifications to us so that we can verify the denials. All he needs to do is show us the denial notifications, whether they were sent by internet, email or by regular mail, and we would gladly refund her fee in full. We are willing to give him a 50% refund without documentation of denials.Sincerely,Peter DConsumerLoans4all.com

to a full refund of her fee. However, she is obligated to provide those 10 denial notifications to us so that we can verify the denials. She agreed to this before paying us by agreeing to our terms and conditions. Since she refused to do so, we offered her a 50% refund as a good will gesture. We have not heard back from her. We are still willing to give her a 50% refund even though she has not yet complied with her agreement. All she needs to do is show us the denial notifications, whether they were sent by internet, email or by regular mail, and we would gladly refund her fee in full. She has not done so. Incidentally, she paid us $25.00 and not $29.99.Sincerely,Peter DConsumerLoans4all.com

Dear [redacted],We received a copy of the complaint from [redacted]. [redacted] did pay us a $150.00 processing fee and we provided our lending partners' information to her just as we promised. We are still awaiting her reply as to what she would like to do next. Regarding the rest of...

her complaint, there is a serious problem.Apparently some company or some person out there is
contacting people by phone (which we do not do) and then saying that they
are from our company. Then they are getting people to pay them
through [redacted] cards and [redacted], which is pure cash and not able to
be traced. On top of that people who are being cheated out of their
money are blaming us! The ones that are making the phone calls are pretending
to be from legitimate companies such as ours or even others such as [redacted] and
[redacted]. What a scam! They get to steal people's money and they get none
of the blame. All the blame goes to other companies such as ours.If you go to our website, you will see that our company accepts
only 4 different types of payment:1)
debit/credit card 2) [redacted] Quick Collect 3) certified check/money order 4) personal check We do NOT accept [redacted] cards or [redacted]. A legitimate company will not
accept payment by [redacted] or [redacted] simply because it is not traceable.
Legitimate companies are not afraid to have all payments made through traceable
methods. We are currently in the process of trying to locate the individuals
responsible for this obviously illegal scam they are perpetrating.Sincerely, Peter D

Review: I subscribed to their service a few months ago 150 dollars and then after applying with the companies they provided to my email with no avail they contacted me by phone saying I was approved for my 15000 dollar loan I just needed to follow their policy steps that was outlined in terms and conditions. I sent the 300 via [redacted] plus fee using bill pay and then they said because it was over 9999 dollars I had to pay taxes I had to send 400 in taxes and since it was taking so long to get it to them I had to pay 150 late fee. well I did and now they are saying in order to get my loan activated I need to pay another 816 dollars.

When I called to tell them I wanted a refund for the full amount Rick N[redacted] told me I had to pay a cancellation fee and I told him I wouldn't pay and that I was reporting him if to the Revdex.com and IC3 for this he hung up on me and now will not pick back up.Desired Settlement: I just want my 1011.80, total that I invested completely.

Review: This company charges a 1% fee for assiting you in obtaining a loan.. For a $30,000 loan they charged $300. which I paid as they guaranteed that one of the lenders would honor your loan request. I paid my $300 and then they sent me an email with all this info on how to apply to various lender which where the major banks. [redacted], ** and some as well as Pay Day Lenders. This is ridiculous. These lenders I can go about it myself and do not have to pay one to provide me that list. When I approach them they offered me a 25% refund. which is ridculous. Everyone needs to be aware of this SCAM. they do not provide the service they make you feel they can provide you.Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded my full $300 for their false advertising.

Review: Consumerloans4all.com Person Eddie S[redacted], Calvin, Max W[redacted] all called from this number ###-###-#### trying to give a loan. First I had to put money $140.00 on [redacted] card, stay online with them then I was told I had to buy another [redacted] for $350.00 card in order to borrow $3000.00 dollars, after I followed all directions and took all my money out I was then told by Eddie S[redacted] that I had to pay another $495.00 because of credit score I was not informed on that information at all. I followed all instructions. they lied cheated me out of $490.00 and still no loan I told them my score was low but they guaranteed loan. Now these foreign people have access to my bank account and have not done anything but made me cry all weekend and even today, they will make what I have coming through the bank bounce and put me in dire stress financially. CHEATED ME OUT OF MONEY AND LIED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope to God someone put them out of business. I have my [redacted] cards and receipts.Desired Settlement: Have them charged for Fraud and put out of business for cheating and lying.

Review: Asked me to send $149, on a prepaid re-loadable debit card. There is no way to track this, I advised my apprehensions regarding this "practice" . I find this highly suspicious and unethical. I have seen several "scams" on the news regarding prepaid re-loadable debit cards.

Review: ConsumerLoans4all guarantee you a personal loan with their lenders, and depending on your loan amount you pay a small fee, with 100% guarantee money back if you do not get approved. I paid $49.00 and applied to the 10 lenders they told you to for a 4900 personal loan. I was denied from everyone of them and would like my refund and ConsumerLoans4all refuse to refund my money. I would never recommend this company to anyone they are a complete rip off of taking advantage of people.Desired Settlement: I would like my $49 refunded to me.

Regards,

Review: This company is a scam and a piece of crap. I applied for a loan and they awarded me the amount of the money and wanted me to buy a moneypak card, telling me that the money that I put on that card would still be mine and they used it to process the account. Then called back telling me that I needed to give them $350 more and the funds would be delivered into my checking account within 15 minutes that I send them the money. Thank the Lord that I didn't have it to send. They would have ripped me off again. The money that was placed on the card registers as insufficient funds. Stealing is a crime and that is what this company does to people. Just trying to save soem other poor soul that may need financial help and looks to this company. It would be so greatly appreciated if you get my refund back from these is.Desired Settlement: I want the money back that was taken from me. $235

Response:

Dear MS. Butts:We received a copy of the complaint from [redacted].Based on her description of the problems she encountered, it appears as if a different company has done this to her and either the company is blaming us or [redacted] is blaming us.We do not tell our customers to purchase moneypak cards. As a matter of fact, we warn all our customers that if a company is telling you that you have been approved for a loan and then asks you to pay them money upfront in any form that it is a scam.We have recently become aware that there is a company out there that is telling customers that they are from either our company or from other companies such as [redacted] and [redacted]. Since the clients tend to trust [redacted] and our company, many times those customers get sucked into buying a moneypak card and then giving the moneypak card number to the imposters, thus losing all that money. And then on top of it all, they put the blame on our company or other companies previously mentioned.I am not 100% certain yet which company is behind this, but I believe that it is a company called [redacted]We are still attempting to get to the bottom of this.Sincerely,Peter DConsumerLoans4all.com
