Here is the document attached that Consumer Alliance wrote to me honoring the previous agreement that Military Debt Management Agency in a contract I sent to youThey did not tell me made me aware of the other account that was sent over to themI was stud and delt with health issues because of the travesty they caused my self and my family

In January I was informed by Consumers Alliance that being involved in their program would not be reported as derogatory by the Credit Bureaus as the payments would be accepted in an agreement and paid in a timely manner In July of this year I discovered that all four accounts reported as derogatory in all three Bureaus When I contacted the customer representative from Consumers Alliance I was "then" informed that the creditors may, at their discretion, file a footnote to the account but that it seldom happens I disagree in that ALL of my four accounts followed suit I think this is more than coincidence While most people seeking credit management likely do have negative reporting, I did not and have never had negative Bureau reports I went out of my way to insure this did not happen and it did It appears that the verbiage expressed by the Consumers Counselors is designed to be misleading to entice more business

DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this companyThe talk a good game, they get you sign up and they give his other company PRC your bank account information and let them deduct $a month out of your checking account to protect themThey have exhausted $from me without my permission and now they don't want to refund any of my money back to meAnd then the customer service rep has nerves to try and talk smart to meThis company sucks

I will say that they are awesomeThey helped me everyway possibleBecause of their help on my credit cards and getting them paid off, I now have a house in my nameThat lady ( Lorena R*** ) was very friendly and very professionalShe should get stars also!!

I had a bad experience with this companys cancellation departmentI called them on December 8th to cancel my agreement and the lady I spoke with informed me that I would have to send my cancelation in writing, so I did and never heard anything from them untill I had to call them days laterOn December 19th Consumers Alliance deducted the payment I had been making to them from my accountI thought I cancelled, why are they taking money out? Upon calling them They put me in touch with a lady who worked in the cancelation department who tried to talk me into staying in the program by asking me if I were sure I wanted to cancel, after breaking down a list of cons for leaving the program, I told her I would call her back I became annoyed at the fact that they would not explain this to me when I called on the 8th to cancel, no one put me in touch with the cancellation department, they just told me to send my cancellayion in writingI was also very upset that they withdrew money from my account without calling me to fond out if I had indeed cancelledWhy didnt anyone call or email me after receiving my request and let me know I had other steps to go through before my request could be granted.WHY did they withdrawal money from my account when I put my letter of cancellation in days prior? They could of called me or emailed to let me know I still had steps to take before my cancellation was completedThe lady in the cancellation department is very rude, upon my hanging up she told me they were going to call all of my creditors and let them kno I will not be paying them and they will send you to collectionsShe should of shut her mouth and let me cancelWhat happened to customer service? This company has bad buisiness ethics and should of communicated within the departments and the client about the proper procedure brlefire withdrawaling fundsThe lady in the cancellation department needs to bite her tounge and let people cancel if they want to cancelYour cancelations depaetment is Horrible!

Good company to take your money, but horrible company when it comes to cancelling them .They took money out of my account without my permissionWhen I called about it, the lady was very rude, and said that it will take 7-business days plus or more days to process the request formIts a scamthey only want their money, they do not want to help you at all

I am a returning customer, and this company really helps people, and they are honest about what they can offerWould highly recommend for anyone needing debt assistance

I would give this business stars!! Five simply is not enough to express how awesome this company has been to me I have never had to deal with anything like this and was worried about different companies not being helpful and shady but when I called this company they were so helpful it was unbelievable They stayed in contact with me via my work email all day that way I could work and take care of my personal business at the same time They were so quick to get all of my information together for me and still to this day email me within minutes of me asking them a question I officially feel like they are a part of my family and fully trust them with all of my information I would strongly suggest this company to anyone You can not go wrong with this company they are very knowledgeable and are always super sweet when I speak to them either via phone or email I know that every has their own opinion just like I have mine but I fully believe after the month and a half of work that I have done with them and their amazing staff that if you have a bad taste in your mouth with this company that you need to ask yourself what "YOU" did wrong and not what this company did wrongAnd to tie up my rant of how amazing this team is I would personally like to highlight/recognize a MrOscar!! He has been my main point of contact for everything whether it fell under his department or not He is absolutely amazing and I strongly advise again that anyone in need of this type of service call them and ask for Oscar

Consumers Alliance has been a great help! Paid off close to $30,credit card debt in years!

response is in regards to the
complaint of *** ***. Mr*** enrolled in a debt management
plan with Military Debt Management in July Mr***’s complaint
should be directed to Military Debt Management
Mr
*** enrolled with Military Debt Management when he had accounts
with J&L that needed to be paid off On September 4, Mr***
specifically told Military Debt Management to only make payments on one of
the J&L accounts Client acknowledged the total balance of all
accounts was $8,and instructed Military debt Management to only pay on the
one account with a balance of $2,
In December Mr*** signed
a written agreement enrolling into the Consumers Alliance Debt Management Plan
His agreement specifically set forth one account with J&L and a
balance of $1, This account has always been timely paid by Consumers
Alliance Consumers Alliance has fully complied with the terms of the
written agreement A copy of the agreement is attached
Mr
*** receives a statement every month from Consumers Alliance showing all
activity on his account. At no time has he contacted CAPC and questioned
his statement, or balances which shows the balance of J&L every month

This company was great at helping me get out of some serious debt They were very kind and helpful and helped me set up a great plan

Absolutely the best program if you're in debit Glad I found them four years ago! Debt free today!

Thanks to Consumer Alliance, I am out from under about 35, worth of credit card debit It took me just over years to pay them off; BUT, I did it!! With out CAPC, I don't know that I could ever have done it The money that they saved me on interest was the key! Anyway that I've ever spoken with on the phone has been wonderful Kind, Professional and very helpful Albert, the gentleman that I did the "exit interview" with was as excited as I was I would highly recommend this company to anyone who finds themselves "over their heads" in debt An absolute pleasure to work and it worked! During my initial evaluation, the CAPC representative provided an objective outlook of my debt status and helped me clearly understand the program that CAPC offeredThe rep patiently and compassionately helped me work through my anxiety and encouraged me to do the right thingFour years later, I completed the program and became debt-free (with the exception of a house mortgage)The professionalism of this company far exceeded my expectations during those four yearsIt's been two years since I paid off that debt through CAPC and I remain debt-freeI am immensely grateful to CAPC for helping me during a very stressful stretch of my life

This is my 2nd time working with this company and I don't ever regret entrusting them to help reduce and eliminate my debtI'm making last payment this month and I can't be any happier with their service
There have been times where I needed to postpone or cancel a payment and they have been nothing but accommodating and helped me work it outThe initial consultation is sobering when they go over your budget, monthly expenses, and your total for all debt owed, but it is so neededBut they are patient and understandingYou must do your work too and make sure that the totals they are reporting add up on your endI've had to send them statements showing the new totals so they can update it on their end a few times, but I never saw it as a hassleIt's just me following up, plus I LOVED seeing those totals decrease every monthAs far the two fees they charge, I was able to cancel the PRC charge and only pay their monthly fee, which is money well spent for alleviating a headaches caused my money woesYou won't be disappointed by working with this company!
