Based on the consumer's request we worked with our Boston MA based Converse store to process a refundThe amount of $was refunded to the consumer's credit card

After reviewing Ms. ***'s order, it was realized this was an error on our partWe have refunded the tax of $Please allow 3-business for the refund to process and post to your accountDepending on your financial institute, you might not see the credit until your next billing cycle

Once I receive the replacement pair I will of course accept their terms As of today, I still have not received them

We received the returned item on Jan 23rd, Returns are processed within business days of receiptThe refund was processed on Feb 2nd, Depending on the form of payment and financial institution, it can take up to days to see the credit reflect back on the consumer account

Our Retail Consumer Group department has reached out [redacted] regarding the defective 651741C CTAS HIGH STREET SLIP WHITE/MOUSE SIZE 1 J. We have replaced the product and shipped the item [redacted] Next Day Air; tracking number [redacted]. Unfortunately, we were unable to locate a...

defective claim request from [redacted], however, we are continuing to investigate to determine if any system issues are occurring.

Thank you for your patience. The tracer was not placed at the time of responding to this complaint. We were in the process of working with [redacted] at the time of this complaint. Based on the inconclusive findings from [redacted], we have moved forward and processed the credit for the items that were lost. The refund was processed on 8/7/15. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to post to your account if used a bank card and up to 30 days for some credit card companies. Thank you.

A replacement order was created for the consumer on 12/29/15. The sneaker style was discontinued in 2011.

I have paid for this transaction with [redacted] and as you know, [redacted] refunds are instant refunds, but I have not received my refund as of now!Maybe the business has released the refund internally, I have not received it though.I can easily prove this by sending you a screenshot of the original payment transaction.As myattachment shows, the refund has not been issued to[redacted].Also, I sent another email to the business - I have now contacted Converse twice by email - and still have not received a reply.I strongly believe if I wouldn't have filed a complaint with Revdex.com, I'd never hear back at all.
